If you set up an appointment with them over the phone be ready to pay them for the installation fee for the system prior to them coming out to walk you through their services. I never give out credit card information on a phone call to a number from a letter in the mail. The sales manager on the phone was offering an additional $480 worth of equipment if needed to get me to pay the installation fee over the phone. And could not send me that additional offer to me in writing in an email prior to a payment. She assured me the convo is being recorded and wouldnt lie to get fired instead. I doubt that the cost of the them to come out is $480 to them. They lost me as a customer simply for the bad business practice of insisting I pay $106 installation fee before they come out and walk me through their services and check the existing system. It resembles a shady lead generation process. She was ready for me to hang up. I cant comment on their actual quality of services and technicians. However it may be helpful to you to ask for additional equipment discount if they were willing to cough up $480.
