Clean and always stock up. People are always nice and friendly.

Friendly staff... I always shop at Family Dollar and since I have sensitive skin I needed to buy dove soap sensitive which they were out of. I drove to another Family dollar and they were out as well.

So I came in June 8th @ 4:46 pm and Christopher Phillips I think thats what he Said his name was he is amazing great customer service pls pls make him a manager reward him are do something he is ALWAYS a breath of fresh air coming in the store. I dont stop to do reviews but I took time to acknowledge he will be the reason I will stop here n shop again. CHRISTOPHER THANK U!

Was able to find everything that I wanted.

The workers here are extremely rude and the store is completely unorganized. Several items I had were shelved with the wrong price posted and instead of them selling me the items for the price posted like theyre supposed to do I got attitude and excuses. One of the items I had was a 10 pack of dial soap the shelf price was $2.00 it rang up for $10.00. I took the lady to the shelf where I got it from and she said OH THATS IN THE WRONG PLACE! So she moved it to the spot with $8.00 I said ok thats fine but its ringing up for $10.00. So she took a closer look and there wasnt a price placed on the shelf for that item at all. After going around and around I just left the store and I will never patronize them again.

They have the best customer service I’ve received in a while. From greeting me at the door, assisting with locating items, knowledgeable on items and sales, etc.

Very considerable experience, they really take pride in helping customers and each other...

Make sure when you shop at these dollar stores to check the expiration dates just shopped here two days ago and I bought the last 4 pack of slim fast drinks and the expiration date says Best By 01 13 19!

Was in your store on yesterday ( sunday) around 4:-4:15pm and there was a associate . key holder what ever she is African American lady with a short afro on the register. I was Purchaseing 2 liquid Gain and 1 gain softner on sale 3.95 .. with 2.00 off makes it 1.95 …. I didnt use the digital I had the same 2.00 off paper coupon . after she gave me my total I handed her the paper coupon she told me I couldnt use these coupons because the items were already on sale . I was like what? she says you can only use coupons on reg items not sale items.. I said well family Dollar has the same 2.00 digital coupon available so what is the difference ? I didnt go back and forth with her . but she needs to be educated on what a coupon can and can not be used on...
