Crazy fast, affordable, very friendly service. I got my laptop back the next day with the hard drive replaced, along with all of my files recovered and transferred to the new one. I also bought a refurbished tower that is wireless and came w/Windows 10 and a warranty for $120.My only regret is not finding this local, Black-owned gem sooner.

The team of techs here were very inviting. Kenneth acknowledged me as soon as I came in. He got to me right away. My screen was cracked and he fixed it less than a couple of hours. He also hooked me up with some extraneeded software, out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you. It was definitely worth the wait and the price was very reasonable. He was very knowledgeable. Understood my problem. Did their very best to correct it. But it was solved as much as possible. My fault in not backing up my files. I totally recommend this computer repair shop! I have been there several times and have always had an exceptional experience. Recently, I was locked out of my own computer and had no way of getting back in. Without hesitation, I took it to Mr. Kenneth and to my surprise he had it repaired in less than 24 hours! When I arrived to pick it up, he took the time to explain in detail what he had done. He also anticipated my needs as a teacher and downloaded some extra software on my computer (that I desired but have avoided purchasing) at no additional charge. His prices are reasonable. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about computers.

My laptop was at a point where the screen for me to type in my password wouldnt even pop up. I kinda lost a little hope that because my laptop was pretty old that it wouldnt be able to get fixed. so, I read reviews on line after doing some research & found this place. I decided to give this shop a try and I got more than I bargained for. Mr. Kenneth was great. He was very helpful and my laptop was repaired within 2 hours. It was a simple fix at a reasonable charge, considering I had been charged way more at the last shop I used for the same repair. Mr. Kenneth was so down to earth and all of the other staff in the shop. I will be returning when other services are needed.

My tower just stopped connecting to the internet, it was crazy. I tried everything then, took it to Office Depot for a diagnoses. They said it was shot, buy a new PC, I said nothing? You heard nothing at all? I knew the fan was working when I took it in because I heard it. He said no, nothing. I said did you turn the little toggle switch on, on the back of the tower by the power cord? He said, toggle switch? I said, I will be right there to pick up my PC.I called Kenneth, after reading the reviews about his business and him personally. I was not let down, he said sure, bring it by. I dropped it off and there were some issues with my PC that even baffled him. But, he has good support and stayed at it. He ended up having to do a lot of work but then called me and and it was ready. I got home with it and it was like new and, with all my information! He really could have charged me an arm and a leg but it was very reasonable. I suggest NOT going anywhere else for any work needed on a PC laptop or any device.Thank you Kenneth, you saved my Baby!

I had a issue with my laptop. I brought it in to Mr Kenneth and he not only repaired it at a reasonable rate. He also had it ready in about 2 hours. I highly recommend him. Customer service was also A+ and he even threw in extras!

The employee that I talked to was very rude and short. he couldn’t help me simply factory reset my laptop and didn’t offer any solutions to the problem I can in there with. He rushed me out so he could take care of someone else and he was just all around UNHELPFUL. I would never recommend this place for an informant repair or a screen fix. NEVER coming back and I’ll tell everyone I know not to give them business. If I could give a 0 I would.
