Personable and professional Service Rep Guy (very nice young man) assessed the situation and quickly changed out the broken spring, inspected the rest of the door, explained everything as he went along. I called in the morning on a Tuesday. I got scheduled the same day for the evening around 7pm. My technician Michael called me and said he could make it sooner and came at 1.He came and checked out why my garage wasn’t working properly and said I need a new chain.He changed it out and did some maintenance on the whole unit for me.
