Took my 94 year old father in. He kept telling us he didn’t want hearing aids but we asked him to just get tested and see what they have to say. They were wonderfully professional, truly catered to my dad to help him understand what he was missing and how bad his hearing actually is. He was happy with the help he received and we look forward to the arrival of his new devices. I strongly recommend this group.

The one on one with the Dr Parker is fine. She was thorough with hearing aid care and instruction. There are several models on display but I presented with one option battery or rechargeable. Perhaps that may be due to my insurance benefit.Her staff was nice and congenial.However, after care is very important to me especially when experiencing discomfort and in my case pain. I had to schedule an appointment for the following week.This is important because it eats into the 45 day trial period. I stopped using them for several days and the weekend due office hours.Youd think once receiving a client call complaining of ear pain and malfunctioning hearing aids the office would express some priority.Can you imagine what care and support you get say after 2-3 months?

I got an immediate appointment and the office handled everything with care. I had excellent experience with thorough explanation from Barbara.

We were told elsewhere there was nothing else they could do for my Mothers hearing but Dr. Parker was able to get her fitted with a new, much less expensive hearing aid. Also, Karen was very patient and understanding through the process to get us in the office. Highly recommend Hearing Solutions so you can get what you need.

I gave 3 stars simply because I wasnt told exactly when my 45 day period was up or when it actually started. Didnt know until I told them that the aids I bought were uncomfortable and afraid that I would lose them and or get moisture in them from working out. Wanted to switch to in the canal aids that I was accustomed to and originally asked for. To my surprise was told my trial time had ended and now Im stuck with these over the ear aids that I was talked into getting. I originally ask for the in the canal aids and was told these over the ear aids would suit me best. I actually hate them. Im always pushing them back into my ear. The usually end up hanging off my ear.Please dont misunderstand me, the staff is great. I feel I should have been given the ones I asked for first, since I was to have 45 days to adjust to them or not. I thought it was to start after all adjustments had been made. Most of the time they just sit on the coffee table. Now have to save up money again to get the ones that Ill feel comfortable with.

Barbara Parker is a true audiologist and very good at her profession. I have nothing but praise for her and her expertise.. The hearing aids I have are 4&1/2 years old and top of the line. You can count on getting a proper hearing evaluation at Hearing Solutions and the customer service is excellent.

The difference here is that Barbara Parker actually cares very much for each and every person that walks through the door. You wont be disappointed if you choose this office, they have the best technology and Id high recommend choosing Hearing Solutions if you have hearing loss.
