Terrible customer service the man at the front desk had a attitude because he didn’t receive my email with all my info for my flyer. I don’t understand what’s the point of having a website to fill out info. For your flyer when your not going to receive it on time. I paid for 2 day printing I come to the shop 2 days later they never received my email smh so now I get a dude with a attitude and I have to wait for my flyers that they didn’t print yet. That was suppose to be printed 2 days ago. Smh they have to do better I mean I understand things happen but why the attitude it’s not my fault y’all website or email doesn’t work.

I think this is the only minority print business in the Detroit area all I can say is they have 5 Star customer service I came in needing some print work done. I need some stickers and some contracts printed up they got my order done within 3 business days.Their pricing was very reasonable I went to two other print places and they were over 2 times cheaper than the other print places. All I can say is if you live in Detroit and need some print work done this is the place to go you will be very very satisfied.

😞Terrible customer service from management to the employees I felt like I didnt matter more than my money!The way she talk to me as if she doesnt have time for my concern. I wanted three pictures changed in a design that i already done, I called twice and was told Calling every hour wouldnt make the process faster when I came in Thursday and didnt get a proof until Monday, nobody called me to finalize a design so I had to come in on my own then get my design and they didnt want to email me a copy so I could print elsewhere then wanted to charge me another $75 to do so. I told her this will be the last dollar I put into her business and good luck #TheLittleGuysMatterToo ✌

These guys are great. I got prompt service and excellent print work for my brochures and banners. The paper they recommended made my copy so vibrant that I get compliments whenever I hand them out. They were professional, courteous and just nice to work with. I send my friends there now.

As a consumer that values how my money is spent I take great passion in researching a company reviews and services. In this instance, I was left with only a few hours and the trust in the the recent google reviews to determine if Crystal Clear Images (CCI) was a fit for my situation. Well, CCI exceeded beyond my expectations of what they are capable of doing in a few hours with a schedule project. Here is an example of how they made it happen in a short notice. My mother-in-law funeral was set for 12/27/19, and due to I was trying to depend on another printing shop, before CCI knew of the death of my in-law, which the other printing shop was just a few miles away from CCI located on James Cousins Rd dropped the ball on the original order....SMH.CCI came through. I arrived at their shop on 12/24/19, at closing time, with my urgencies of my in-laws coming funeral and the time frame of the funeral. Staffing Terrell was knowledgeable, caring, professional, and extremely confident of what CCI can accomplish and provided the completion of the obituaries timely. CCI completed the order efficiently and communicated effectively throughout the process. To see CCIs glossy and quality finish touches on the obituaries would blow your mind. The obituaries were beaiutifully done timely on the 26th, and the praise from the family of the obituaries were rung throughout the church. Thank you CCI, and 2020 is growth for another location.

Very poor experience. I stopped in to have waterproof labels created for 150 handcrafted bath products.Prior to beginning any work, I explained my vision and asked if they’d had experience with a project such as mine. I was told yes so I figured I was in good hands. I also try to be very intentional with supporting small businesses.It quickly became apparent that this establishment had not done a project such as mine. The final product was nothing like what I’d asked for.The PAPER (not waterproof) label used did not even complete the circumference of my jar. Furthermore, it was PAPER so it dissolves immediately when it comes into contact with water. I was highly upset to find out that I was told they could honor my request for waterproof labels yet they just gave me whatever they felt like giving.At the time I was just creating the line as a side business but still knew that I wanted a high quality look and feel to my product line. I did not get that.Also, the production process for my items was a NIGHTMARE. Several phone calls. Several visits (time away from work). Several typos. Several re-dos. The entire experience was just more hassle than it was worth. The ONLY reason I had to stick with it is because I was up against a tight deadline. But I certainly regretted the $300 investment.I was better off calling my mentee to help me size my image for waterproof labels I got from Office Depot and having the items printed and cut there for a fraction of the cost. Seriously!I just wish they would have be honest about their capabilities instead of just taking my dollars.If you want a party flyer or something along that nature - you may be ok. If you’re looking for a high quality finished print job - I’d look for a more experienced vendor.**IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER**Ma’am, the tone of your response says more than I ever could. The proof is in the images. There is NOTHING you could do to help grow my business.

If I could give a negative rating I would. This was the poorest quality of printing I have ever seen in my entire professional career. The final product is hideous. The color of the photos were the absolute WORST!!!I had an event to promote and utilized their services and was proud use a black business but this particular business selection was the biggest mistake Ive ever made.Please do not trust them with your work it will be RUINED!!!!!
