Pharmacy seem to be overwhelmed the last 4 times I visited. They need help. Under Cover Boss episode or surprise Walgreens corporate visit recommended. SOMETHING! Only go there if you have PLENTY of time.

Terrible service. Also be aware pharmacy closes in the middle of the day for 30 mins or so.

Overall just like any other Walgreens just dont call the pharmacy!! Put you on hold multiple times without asking you to hold.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. They charged me for medication that was covered by my insurance. Then they never had my medicine ready Ive always had to wait 2 or 3 days for my stuff. Service was very slow and terrible and it was the worst experience with a pharmacy Ive ever had. I hate this location and Ill never ever use them again. They also never answer the phone they kept picking it up and putting me on hold without even saying anything

When I pick up my scripts, they are ready. Being right across the street from the hospital youd think they would be over-crowded.. Service is done in a timely manner. Never had a problem thus far.

I could rate better because the clerks there were kind but, I suggest you check your hair and personal care purchases before you leave. I bought hair grease which came with deep hand imprints in the jar. It was returned without a hassle! Great customer service in that regard but, buyers should still be aware😑

Not bad. Im usually in and out. People ahead of me somehow slow the line down occasionally but the cashiers are generally cool. I have been able to grab misc grocery items when in need- even on Holidays. Very convenient location for me.

Im appalled at the way I was greeted, as I entered the door of your store. I was told by the security officer, that i had to leave my bags from Wal-Mart at the. I dont like to be labeled as a THEIF.

In drive thru line for 40 minutes...only two people were in line ahead of me and I have been parked in front of the window without so much as an acknowledgment for five minutes! If Walgreens cares so little about their customers that they don’t staff adequately perhaps they should not be in business!

One time I needed a 3 day supply of a (psych) medication that I tool 3 pills of per day. They gave me 3 pills, so a 1 day supply. These pharmacists might need to go back to 3rd grade math class.

Been trying to get a perscription filled here since november 2018 it is almost February every time its a different story either they have to order it or it will just be a 15 minute wait only for me to sit there 30 minutes for them to tell me they have to reorder. They are so slow and unprofessional i dont understand how they are in business

Its close and convenient but the abundance of beggers and panhandlers waiting in front of the store all the damn time makes it unbearable to go. If the store doesnt take care of the issue, ill go there and scare them off myself. Its pathetic

I wish i could give 0 stars!! I had my sons prescription sent here and they waited until an hour before closing to tell me that they were out of stock! But first I sat on hold and talked to 4 different people and each person had no idea what I was on hold waiting for and not to mention all of them were very rude!!

Best pharmacy in the area and i feel safe they have security and the staff is very nice do not pay attention to the other reviews they cannot even spell PLACE IS CLEAN

If I could give 0 stars I wouldve. I put in my prescription almost a week ago and they only fill 2 of my prescriptions that day. They keep telling me to check back and yesterday someone told me she would call when she found out what happened but never returned my call.

Ive been taking advantage of me website where I can order my stuff and then ship it to my home the only thing I dont like Ill have that rewards card and I cant seem to put in my rewards card number but I did call customer service and they told me as soon as I get my orders they will handle that with our bed to get my POINTS so with me not being mobile at the time so order it online and they ship it straight to my front door has been very convenient

This Walgreens store has the worst service of any Walgreens Ive ever shopped at. Ive tried on several occasions to purchase items (average purchase price $40) and each time have walked out after the most egregious, discourteous and rude check-out people Ive ever encountered. My last attempt was on March 10, when the check-out person spent 10 minutes laughing and socializing with two men who were buying two soft drinks and two candy bars -- with credit cards. Ive talked with several friends and neighbors who have had similar experiences at this store (Walgreens, 22380 Moross, Detroit, MI.)
