The navigation took me right to it. The turn on Modern looks a little tight. It is all the way at the end. You will run into the gate. Get close up to it and it will open. Go straight to the shipping/receiving office. The had me unloaded in 20 minutes. 41,000lb load of Beer. It was a pleasant experience. The people were very nice as well.

Super fast unload very polite and professional staff. In and out of the gate in 30-40 mins total. Would be nice if lots of other receivers would follow your lead

Not a good place to work if you injure yourself they turn their back on you after you have given them 120% thats not good enough for them

The delivery man that delivers to the Lions Wine and Deli in Waterford always blocks in my vehicle and he takes any where from 45 minutes to an hour. Its always on Tuesdays and after 330 and I leave work at 4. Dont know why he takes so long but there are other places he could park so he doesnt block me in.

Good employees. Fast unloading. Turn around from back of building. Can b tricky to back in. And can b further tricky to get here. The warehouse on modern street has docks by road side. So some trucks might have taken the whole street to get unloaded. Good luck !!

OTR driver very busy distributor. Many local deliveries. Try to be here very early by 6AM if not they won t unload you until next day. Employees are friendly.
