They have always been helpful answers all your questions. I think I started going there like 20 years ago and just visited 2 days ago and they remained very helpful and friendly.

I got the sweetest pet rat at this store today! Wonderful staff, Steve and Danny were knowledgeable and so friendly! They helped me pick out the perfect rat named Lucky. Lucky even gets along with my hamster! I also got an amazing deal on rat and hamster food from here. This is my new go to pet store!!!!

I bought my parakeet from here 2 years ago and continue to go every other month for his food or toys for his cage. Ive been going for years. My daughter has gotten, over the years 3 hamsters. It is a very clean and friendly place to visit. The staff is very helpful and if they dont have an item will let you know when or if they will have it in the future

Went here in search of a turtle for my little sister. We found one! It was inexpensive and the staff gave us good tips on care and even helped us set up the new home for him. They also have fish and birds as well.

One of the best places to go on the Eastside. They downsized but still great for almost any tank you would need.

Called to ask for the availability of an item AND price because honestly, I had a last minute need. The owner (I guess) said they dont give prices over the phone. I get the idea of small businesses trying to get you in the door but, i wasnt asking for something that was an expensive or competitively priced item. It wasnt worth it to dare me not to come in. It was a very off putting experience. Id probably rather hit Wal-Mart or anywhere else at this point. Terrible because this place was a part of my childhood experience. Customer retention guys?!!!!
