I had got a new system elsewhere an couldn’t get the punch that my new subwoofers were capable of so I took it in to SOUND AND SECURE and not only did they have me in an out they even went as far as to rewire the bridge for my db4s an now my system slam slams! If you want good work and outstanding customer service this is the one stop shop! Verne is who helped me an kicked it to me on a honest level an for that I will be coming back if I ever need anything

This place is the best Ive ever experienced! I had an old school truck with poor sound. They took care of me now my sounds are A1!

This is the most worst place ever over the years they got worse they are selling over priced things example the that prestige alarm they are selling for $400 you can get off ebay for $119 dollars they barley have stock looks like a garage in someone back yard

I use to like this place but over the years they have gotten worse. They pick and chose the installs they want to do they won’t even try they just give right up don’t waste your time going there.

Have not had the best experience there...Initially there was a mix up with my audio installation...Now Im having issues with my remote starter that has taken me several trips, even after calling & being told I could come in and swap remotes...On one occasion the manager let me stand in front of him for minutes without any acknowledgment while he texted. Now after having stopped by today & still unable to find resolve the manager accidentally put my car starter/alarm in valet mode which will take me the rest of the night to undo. Id shop elsewhere if I were you!
