Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I made this appointment on October 01, 2021 Lashawn Prude sent me an confirmation email. However upon my arrival as I was checking in, informed the service manager I had a 8:00 am appointment today Oct 12 . The manager responded that unfortunately no one was available to do my brakes despite the fact I had an appointment he said they sent 3 technicians out to service another company to do another job. I took the day off of work for nothing the manager didnt even try to accommodate me he is not doing a good job hes costing that dealership money because now I had to book my appointment at a suburban dealership. Communication is the key if there is an issue with being short staffed I should have received a phone call making me aware of the circumstances but instead I received several emails several text messages reminding me about my upcoming appointment. First impressions are very important this is my first time going to Chevrolet Jefferson would never step foot in that door again the lack of communication and the lack of unprofessionalism is very unacceptable, deserve no stars I rate this place a negative zero dont waste your time more professional better managers and better dealerships out there lesson learned dont do business in the inner city not worth it going where five star service is valued Hamilton Chevrolet.Tried to give the inner city dealerships a chance only because their pricing were cheaper than the suburban locations however you get what you pay for maybe I dodged a bullet who knows how the service will have turned out maybe I should count my blessings the quality of the work probably would have been just like the service poor.

Brian and his team are amazing, so friendly to work with quick! After my car got broken into they made sure to handle the whole thing with insurance so I didn’t have to worry about it. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was fixed properly and even detailed it too to bottom so it was as good as the day I got it! 10/10 recommend!!

Oilchange is always 2 hours even if you can literally count 2 people ahead of u getting same service. Recently I went for a oilchange at 8:34am I told the service member that I KNOW THAT I NEED A NEW BATTERY SO DONT BE ALARMED IF CAR CHOKES WHEN U START. I am extreme patience BUT as 11am rolls around, I ask whats up a different service member says that I asked for a Oilchange, stated that I need a battery so checking car for that wth would I ask you to check something I told u about sir??? Needless to say Men do not listen to women consumers. Dont uhh hmm and small talk me. Listen!

Reggie was awesome. Had a flat tire and tow truck took 4 hours. I called parts and they ordered fire while I waited for tow truck.It was so close to closing time for service but Reggie said he had the tire and a bay waiting for me when I finally arrived at 450. I was out by 505 and everyone was so darn nice even after having to wait for me. Impressive service. Reggie is great!
BEWARE--They have ungodly long wait times for an oil change. I live nearby and brought my car here for what I assumed would be fairly quick service. Had I known it would take two hours I wouldve gone to the Valvoline up the street & thats what I plan to do going forward. I sat in the lobby and watched my car not move for an hour and a half.Mr. Reggie is very nice and polite, but at the same time Im sure he knew how long it would probably take and never bothered to give me a heads up and instead let me sit there for 2 hours -_-. Thankfully I didnt have too much on my plate today, but typically this wouldve turned into a disaster for me logistically.And, the icing on the cake is they forgot to put the service sticker on my windshield so Ive got to figure out when my next oil change should be. All I know is that it wont be here.Only silver lining is that by scheduling my service online, I got a coupon, but Id have gladly paid the extra 10 bucks for my time back.

Their service staff is full of seasoned techs that have experience on cars and trucks. Reggie the service advisor is super and willing to make sure your visit is worry free.
Went to Jefferson to get my car (Acura) repainted per the recommendation of my insurance provider (AAA), had received quotes substantially cheaper, but I figured that I’d take the advice of my insurance, after all they deal with these folks all the time. The staff was friendly, and they had my car for 2 weeks. When I got my car back, I was stunned to see a mismatched rear bumper, my backup camera being foggy due to paint overspray, and a keyless entrance error light that wasn’t on when I dropped off the car.When I called Mike (the manager), he was apologetic and told me to bring the car back in a month and a half because he was short on tech’s. I was dismayed to say the least that a simple paint job would lead to such seemingly unrelated inconveniences. I took the car back when he asked, for them to have my car 2 additional weeks. I was beyond disappointed to get my car back with the backup camera still foggy, and the error light still on. Mike then instructed me to “Take it to Acura, I can’t figure it out”.When I brought it to Acura, they found something inside of the door was left unplugged. The tech at Acura said “I don’t know why they would have taken your door apart for a simple paint ?” I don’t understand that either, nor why would professionals charge someone nearly 5k and forget to do simple things like tape off the backup camera so that the lens doesn’t get ruined.I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience with Jefferson Chevy bodyshop.

Poor customer service. It shouldnt have to take 3 weeks to change a part on a car unless Im changing the engine or transmission. Even then it doesnt take that long to do
Would give 0 if I could. The service dept had my vehicle for 4 weeks. They charged me $99 for a 27pt inspection that they now cannot give me documentation was ever performed. My car sustained serious damage weeks after they assured me everything was fine. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!!

I didn’t get my Truck service. I was told I can pick up dinner and come back. It took 1/2 hour. Return at 4:03 pm.The mechanics looked at the guy and told him no.My understanding oil changes end at 4:30.I WAS ALREADY CHECKED IN.Thank you !I will never give my money to a company with poor customer service

I bought my car in to have the air recharge, oil change and fluids checked. The air was fixed and is working well. However the oil change nor fluid check was not done. My oil still says 18%.

Almost none of the employees were wearing their masks correctly, and many employees were not wearing masks at all. This includes customer-facing employees who were walking around inside the service lobby close to other people. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is that Reggie is a wonderful employee and I’m grateful to him for wearing his mask, but due to everyone else I will not feel safe coming back.

I dropped my car off at Jefferson Chevrolet at 8:00 am for a diagnostic test, and didnt get my car back until 4:00pm in the afternoon, and they tried to charge me for a terrible inconvenience, for something that shouldve taken only 2 minutes to accomplish. And to top it all off, apparently the test they ran was on an Acadia truck; I dont even own a truck. So the letter I received from GM to have my vehicle serviced on a special extented warranty so I dont DIE while driving had absolutely NO MERIT with them. Furthermore, I am Still experiencing the same problems while driving my car, and now I really fear for my safety, as well as my sons. If I can be referred to a service center that would genuinely care for the safety of my family, that would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU.

My experience with Mike was amazing.He took the time with addressing all my needs starting with the beginning of my business with the dealership all the way to getting me to work on time.
A week ago I took my car to Jefferson Chevrolet for antifreeze leak. So I figured since my car is already there I will also get an oil change and tires rotated. Will they did find a cracked reservoir for my antifreeze and also found out I needed my lifters cleaned, also did a radiator flush which came up to $758. So I drove my car for a week and still notice a leak on the ground. So on January 22nd 2021 took my car back in and I had to wait. My problem is if you checked for leakage the reservoir and hoses why should I have to go back and wait for their negligence all my car. I tried to explain to the manager that it was out of my inconvenience my gas and my time and the manager blew me off like so what we fix what you came here for. I should never have to go back a second time for something I have already paid for Jefferson Chevrolet should have compensated me for my time my effort in my gas. No one to utilize Jefferson Chevrolet on East Jefferson for nothing yeah by your car from there but dont ever use the service
The check engine light came back on and now my headlights dont work its another wiring problem I dont know what you guys did but now I have to have somebody fix it.. so Im not really happy I spent 381 and at least it doesnt stall on me but I didnt expect all this other things to stop working when you worked on it

Stay away from this dealership. Carla, sales lady, will lie her guts out to sell a vehicle. She told me KBB is always gives false information and refused to show me the carfax after I showed her the vehicle was a minor accident if not major. She acted like she didn’t hear me. They’ll try to charge you extra if you don’t finance through them.
When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for an oil change my engine light was not on but when my car was finished the advisor said that my engine light was on and that if it continued I could bring back I didn’t understand this? Seeing that my engine light wasn’t on to begin with

First of all your service provider Reggie needs to be fired.The service I received was very poor, my vehicle was worse off coming out then it was when I went in. Reggie lies. And i never thought it was service from the start. I have a lot of anger behind their performance. The quality of service has really hit rock bottom.

I brought my car for repair on March 12th. I expressed my concern with the loud noise that the car is making. It took several days to get my car back, and it was still making the noise after the repair. I was asked to bring the car back after I gave a poor review in the Dealership Satisfaction Survey. I did, and was told that the problem was a hole in the resonator. I paid for the parts in advance, and no one ever contacted me to let me know that the part arrived (and to bring in my car). I called about a month later once I realized that the dealership was still servicing cars. I dropped off my car and picked it up a couple days later. The noise is still present. I am very dissatisfied. I have spent more than $1000 on this repair and there has been no improvement. I live and work in the area, and I wanted to support the dealership in my neighborhood, but now I am ready to look elsewhere.

Excellent service every single time I walk through the doors! Got an amazing deal on a 2019 Traverse. A+ repair after my Traverse was hit, got it back better than new, you cant tell it was ever in an accident and it was shiny clean. 100% would recommend to everyone I know!
I was told my engine light was on, I never saw it on until after oil change. The saw no more. Didn’t drive my car for two days, I notice my miles were over 5,500 miles, how did that happen when I took it in, it didn’t have but 3,295 or 98 mile when I didn’t drive for two days after leaving the dealership, I tried to leave my car that day but was told to wait until Monday the 28th of December. Not happy

Theres no high stress situation or heavy pressure, just lots of options to work with you which was much appreciated.

The office looked on the phone for someone to call and report of the phone missing and asked us to come and get it so we did God bless Jefferson Chevrolet what a nice honest bunch of people who are helpful in getting a phone back

If I had the option to give this place no stars I would. I was told that my car was checked and approved that it was nothing wrong with the car and comes to find out it’s a lot wrong with it that concern my safety and the safety of my family or passengers. I had to talk to multiple people just to get my situation resolved. Never again will I come back.
