Healthy vegetarian options, great price for airport. Avalon international breads served here!!I love Avalon when I’m at home in the city. They make greasy, healthy foods with good vegetarian and vegan options. It was a surprise to see them at the airport. I’m glad I could find a healthy vegetarian breakfast. The sandwich was only $6 and the coffee $3. Great price for the airport terminal. Did I mention cinnamon scones? Delicious

Does not open at 6am. Waited over an hour and nobody showed up. If you are in Concourse C, don’t plan on eating anytime soon.

Theres a sign at terminal C telling people they open at 6AM on weekdays. Its 6:30AM on a Monday and theyre still closed. No other options in this terminal for coffee. Lots of people here wishing they were open and annoyed about the sign.

I love this place! Friendly, prompt and great product at a reasonable price for airports.This space is located by gate C11, a few minute walk from the Starbucks, however WORTH IT! They even have almond milk! Avoid the horribly slow and distasteful Starbucks, and come to this sweet spot!

Nice little snack store. Good variety of items and sandwiches. Prices are a bit high but its airport food.

Lady working at the counter was super nice and helpful, coffee was pretty good - better than what i expected from airport coffee. It was decently priced which is what i wanted compared to other places in the airport.

Terrible service. They had a line outside of their space and went very slowly. They need more staff to ensure service goes more quickly. I ordered the quiche. They heated it, but it was still cold. I didnt even attempt coffee because it took them 5 to 6 minutes to get hot chocolate for the woman ahead of me.If youre in a bind and need food, its fine for what it is.My advice to the manager is to hire more people. You have kind employees but they cannot manage a massive line with lots of coffee orders.

WOW Best Cinnamon Scone ever. A True Scone♡. Americano was great as was the service. so nice to have a choice other than the fast food coffee (which rhymes with ducks.)Kudos to Shirley!

They pretend to be enviornmentally friendly, but when I offered to use my own cup to reduce waste, they refused. This is the first coffee shop I have ever been to that has done this(and most others will give you a discount for bringing your own cup!)

Please give the poor person working Sunday nights a raise. Surely it will help her with the horrid attitude and overall disdain for her job/customers. Made the mistake of saying I couldn’t hear her. Oh if looks could kill. Please apologize to her. I must have overstepped my “customer bounds”. Believe me, it won’t happen again.

Standing in line to place my order waiting for another customer to pay. A lady comes up gets right in front of me and the lady behind the counter asks her what shed like. I know I am easy to see... And I had been waiting in the same spot for about a minute so yes she seen me there first.Poor poor service, I said, Wow, that is quite rude and walked out. Will it give that place a dime.

I stopped by the Harvest Grounds this morning at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. I ordered a large decaf coffee and I added half and half which they had in small packages at the kiosk. The coffee had no flavor to it at all. When I talked to the attendant about it she offered to give me something else but obviously if the machine makes crappy coffee I didnt want another cup. There was no offer to reimburse me for the cup of coffee even though I would not have taken it. Its just the idea that they took something of mine and gave me hey bad product and didnt even offer to reverse the exchange. So I guess for a crappy cup of coffee Harvest feels comfortable still making their money. I would never get their coffee ever again. Stay away.

1 sandwich and a 20oz Sprite was $10. The lettuce on the sandwich hadnt been washed and it tasted like dirty grass. No condiments on the sandwich either, it was really dry and bland. My advice is to just keep walking.

Decent coffee but after a few minutes it just tastes like the cup liner.
