Love this store very good customer service

Bad customer service toward customers to many people blocking entrance

This place is really crowded in the morning around rush-hour home again they’re really overpriced but they do have a nice selection of prepackaged meat sandwiches and fresh fruit and salads they are just over priced. The store owners and cashiers can be really rude sometimes, They over talk to you and brush you out of the store the nacho machine is dirty and they don’t really cleaned up as often as they should.

Door was locked and there were staff inside at 3pm on a Tuesday.

Ive bee to this location countless times and NOT ONCE can I say I was offered even one bit of good customer service. They barely speak English. Dont take customer customers serious to the point if they have to prepare something or retrieve from behind the counter, they will mess it up. And act as if its youre fault. See for yourself

This is the nasty store I have ever been in.

Horrible cashier. The cashier here was racist (small build, grey hair, glasses, and shorter than 52. He couldnt look at me in my face. No eye contact. Withdrew his hand like I had some sort of disease even though he was the one that touched mine. As much as you dont want to be touched, I dont want to be touched either. If youre incapable of respecting everyone of different races, maybe you shouldnt work in the customer service industry. Just a thought.

I go here primarily in the summer to get some delicious cold coffee, have no clue what theyre called but Im hooked. Its the only reason I go and the staff is really nice. Ive even had some crack some jokes in good fun and Im a sucker for stuff like that. (Tastefully of course).

Had some random guy come up and wrap his arms around me and started asking me to buy him food while Im IN THE STORE. Gotta love that staff saw this guy and didnt do anything. I thought they had security at one point, guess not.

This place is superb to shop variety of food items here. Mostly I came here with my wife. Staff members are very polite and honest.Great services!!

The good thing about this place is you can buy food at late night. The staffs are good. Bit high price on everything. Overall good 👍

Of course, since the store is open 24/7 you will see homeless people outside. Its not that bad, the store has security and the cashiers are pretty friendly if you dont act like a fool. Other then that, their is hardly anywhere to park.

Nice guys, but they dont like to give you cash when you cash in lottery tickets. Theyll constantly ask if you want to exchange for another ticket. And when you say cash, they hesitate.

Didnt answer my phone call

I just purchased some grapes for my breakfast at work. I work with a computer all day so I dont pay attention when I eat at times. Something just made me look down and ta-da youve got mold! Yes, my grapes are molded. The expiration date is for today this should have been removed from the shelf. I called to let the gentleman know what happened and like all stores no answer. I did not even recieve my receipt upon purchase so now I may have to fight for my $1.89.

Dont not swipe your cards here or buy a money order. This 7-11 is family operated and they created fraudulent actions on my account. When calling about the charges I was hung up on ten times

This is typical.

Has the regular 7-11 fare which isnt very tasty. Often heavily trafficked by aggressive panhandlers.

Pretty nerve racking with the homeless population around

Tax on top of tax. A lot of people dont realize they add tax on top of tax. They tax items individually and then add more tax when they bring your total up. When you confront them about it they ask you to leave.
