I fly through this airport several times a year, I stopped in to get a few things today. As the cashier was scanning my stuff she scanned some of the more expensive stuff twice so I had to pay more, and when I called her on it she rolled her eyes had a scowl and said I guess I’ll rescan everything. After that didn’t even read me my total to me, ask if I wanted a receipt, and didn’t even offer a bag (which would of been helpful).
Overpriced stuff but they had bottled water which we wanted for our flight. I was in a good mode and approached the cashier with a smile and a How are you?. Barely a response. The transaction seemed like it was too much work. Better customer service would be appreciated. Clean store, neat items and souvenirs for sale.
