Do not purchase from Palmer printing, they lied to my professor over what the cost of the course pack would be, agreeing to sell it for 30 dollars and then raising the price to 45; knowing hes in a wheelchair and cant easily get to the shop to argue the price change. A very shady business and extremely rude when confronted over the issue. The shop was also extremely unorganized and a disaster inside, a very unprofessional business overall, plenty of better printing shops out there.

The reader printed for our class is awful. Many pages are either sideways or upside down, and a number of parts of the text are cutoff on either the side margin or top margin. The only good thing about the reader I bought from Palmer Printing is that it hasnt fallen apart... yet. Theres still a while to go in the semester.If you are a professor reading this, I highly discourage coming here for the printing of course packs for your students. You and your students will be greatly disappointed, as my classmates and I have been after spending $50 on this junk.

At first I was excited to work with this printing company but Im very disappointed in palmers printing... I dont even know where to start, not only was the quality horrible for my booklets but they were unprofessional! First off they quoted me a totally different price than what they charged me (my booklets went from 1.50 a book to 5.00 a book) not only that but i gave them a clear deadline when I would need my order ready and they missed the deadline that I kept reminding them of, then I was told someone got sick so they might not be able to finish in time even through I made MULTIPLE visits to their shop to make sure that everything would be done right and one time nothing that I ordered came out right.... I wasnt treated as a valued customer and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them it was truly a headache!

You know, I really cant say enough about how good the folks at Palmer Printing have been to me over the years although Ive been an infrequent customer to say the least. But staying open later than intended on a Friday for my little measly order that cost $1.39 takes the cake. If that isnt prime customer service then I dont know what is. Businesses like these are why it pays to shop local!
