Not bad nothing significant about the place but 4 out of 5 seems appropriate .

UPDATE: HE OPENS NOW BUT THE PEDESTRIANS ARE SO RUDE AND WEIRD SO NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY HE DOESNT FEEL SAFE THE CRAZIES COME OUT AT NIGHT.Why is the guy of Indian decent staring at people lined up at the door vs honoring the customer service for 24 hours as which the business put out. Everytime he is there its as if hes frightened well why are you here turning business away when people only intension is to get serviced. Bad customer service.

This place is amazing. The ice cream is good 24hrs like come on give this place 5 stars they truly have earned it and i rarely give any ratings but i wanted to leave a rating so everyone will know IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!!!

My daughter ordered a three scoop ice cream and a dozen donuts the ice cream were missing two toppings 😐

I ordered a sundae. The only things they got right were the ice cream flavors. I asked for marshmallow topping, rainbow sprinkles, and cookie dough pieces. They put cotton candy bits, and andes mints on it. Ill tell you, the cotton candy bits on mint chocolate chip ice cream is pretty gross, it turns out. And now, they are refusing to answer the phone. I filed a complaint but Id like to talk to a person to find out why someone thought this was appropriate.

This trip was horrible simply because of the employees attitude. I was asking about the difference between a flavor shot and a flavor swirl if any. His response was for me not to worry about it he knew what he was doing!!! Wow.

Called ahead to make sure ice cream was still being served as it was late night munchie time. I arrive about 1am and waited patiently to be served. Only to be told the young man wasnt going to serve me ice cream because he was the only one there working. Well besides me nobody else was there. So I call ahead and wait for the store to clear only to be rudely denied service. Is this standard at this store? Can someone please contact me. I love the store in general but I am not sure about this location

I go for the doughnuts at Dunkin and thats hit or miss they need to put doors on the place where the doughnuts stay to keep out flies.

Very unprofessional. No one says hello I will be with you in one moment, they just get to you when they feel like it. I always go to get ice cream at this location because it’s 24hrs and close to my home but this will be the last. I stood waiting for someone to speak for over 10 minutes. When I asked was anybody making ice cream, I have been waiting for 10 minutes and this happens everytime I come to get ice cream. A young male puts his finger up and tells me well I’m actually off the clock sooo. I called back up after I left to tell them how unprofessional they were and the lead said I don’t have time for this you can speak to the manager face to face. They can all go to hell honestly. I will not be returning. And I mean straight to hell.

Baskin Robbins is right on the corner of 8 mile gratiot ..the donuts and icecream is great. Its also near a strip mall. And it faces white castle that is across the street on eastpointe side

I like this particular Baskin Robbins. Location is not the best but the service is great and people are very nice.

This Baskin Robbins always has a great assortment of donuts and ice cream! The only downfall is the location. It seems to be a hang out for druggies to hang out at and keep warm while waiting on the busses.

Ppl in here are rude and dont know how to talk to ppl the Manager of this place is the worst ans and one of my friends works for the dukin doughnuts on 23 mile they dont make there own doughnuts anymore

Idk the darkskinned kind of heavy set young girls name, but she was soooooo freaking rude... I kept it real cute and classy because I had my babies, but Ill neverrrrrrr visit this location again. Not to mention it wasnt clean the trash was full to the top and thats where they keep the napkins and other utensils/condiments.. The few flavors of ice cream they had was either melted or had frost all over it... The young lady wasnt wearing gloves while scooping ice cream... They totally forgot about a customer and it wasnt even crowded smh... Idk if this young lady was having a bad day or if her customer service is really that horrible... Thumbs down
