Tried to call and didnt like the attitude of the lady on the phone. Almost went with a different company because of it, but I went in anyway. So far so good, no delivery option though.

HORRIBLE!!!! LIARS!!! I ordered entry and storm doors back in June to have them installed by the fall/winter. I even allowed poor excuses and extra time bc of the pandemic. But it was delay after delay.😤 A total mix up of them ordering the wrong doors. 😠Going back n forth to check on my order. Finally they told me the doors be ready the 1st wk in January. I called the 3rd wk and still no doors.😡The service is TERRIBLE. They dont return your calls or MONEY. AND the NEW OWNER doesnt wanna make this Female customer happy.They should be on Channel 2 HALL OF SHAME!!!Stay Tuned...

We own apartment rentals built in 1920. All the doors are odd sizes. Duraweld cuts all the doors to the exact measurements at a fraction of the cost other door companies charge. They also have the doors ready in a couple of days where as Home Depot takes a month. Love this place!

I would not advise ANYONE to spend there money here! I simply was looking and reading reviews on the doors that I was purchasing. The white lady had to be in here 50 was very sassy and ask me to hurry up and decide on what I wanted because she (her words) “had stuff to do”. She ask me to take the flyer and come back when I knew what I wanted because she had other stuff to do. I felt that was very unprofessional. I love spending my money with professional small businesses or my own community. She was very nasty and distasteful. I never write bad reviews, I just don’t return but the way I was rush and treat was awful!

I purchased a round-top door in summer 2018, as they were the only company I could find locally to make a replacement round-top door. Fifteen months after installation, the brass mail slot was full of corrosion. The door knob’s coating started flaking, and the steel door frame started rusting in summer 2019. The pneumatic closer failed in fall 2019. The door cost over $900, and it like it’s over 10 years old instead of less than two. Absolutely horrible quality!

I shopped here once for my security screen doors the service was good in the door inexpensive. They seem very family oriented, the customers that were in there seem like they were regulars and everyone was calling each other by their first names. They seemed sketche of new customers but the doors are very inexpensive
