I have been very pleased by this dispensary. I have been going for quite a while and haven’t had too many problems if not any. From pre packages to shelved bud to pre rolls to edibles I have all gotten cured the way I need it. Very knowledgeable people in 96 West and they are very relaxing and open to conversation. No complaints from me. The atmosphere to get there is very secluded and peaceful. Right off the highway makes it easy. I feel safe in there and the insides decor is very different from any other place I’ve been to. Looks very sweet. Cool relaxing tunes playing while you wait in waiting room. Very quick in and out service. I Would recommend this place to anybody for a daily grabber. Very satisfied by the way they’ve treated me and I will continue coming no doubt.

I came here and passed by several dispensaries. They offered a great deal on a cart and budtender was knowledgeable and friendly. The design of the place is different from any dispensary Ive ever been to

For my first time Im DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED AT 96 WEST!! I got ripped off by BIG ROUND GUY (BUD TENDER) Then he tried to argue my ears off that my Math was wrong when it was clearly printed on the receipt and he refused to make it right for the customer/patient.

Excellent service beautiful clean facility as you can see by the pictures very nice very very nice parking lot.Nice flowers crisis was a little bit high but I can understand the money they put into the place I can understand it’s really nice establishment.

Cant do it no more this place has great staff but wow therw flower is all out of wack been dry than dry dust for months no reason for this ive spent thousands on flower there and they dont really compensate anything i buy literally a half pound of ozs within a week or 2 time and they only will give me 5$ off a 8th? Not 5$off my oz? Makes no sense literally and last complaint is there shelfs.. Some 45$ 8ths smoke like they belong on the 25 8th and even the 30$ 8ths belong a shelf below! Its kinda crazy they have pre packaged stuff smokeing better then a 300$ oz? Sorry but will have to take business eles where today had to be it.. Bougbt the fruit pie a quarter and couldnt barley smoke it due to the harsh taste

Some of their stuff can be a little pricey but most of its worth it and its not really busy.

Let us know when u have $100 prepackaged ounces. Please use your text service to let us know. Just left with a quarter @ $50 and as a disabled veteran I needed that assistance.

I recommend the place,very good meds. Liked most of the tenders,but theyre all good. The meds are priced right just wish they added the tax in b4 u check out,unless they have changed that. Ill be calling to see if I can come back because they do have great meds at a great price.

Avoid this mismanaged new store. Empty waiting room means poor service inherently. Beware of the bait and switch. Way overpriced for market by 40%. One strain had no cough no buzz no high...still 200 per oz. RIP OFF! Sketchy ghetto area.
