Now, Ive never taken to social media to bash any business (especially if theyre black owned/operated) but the service and products given to me were deplorable.Im seriously perturbed on how stained (with what looked like blood) and torn (in all but 3 table clothes) linen is an appropriate product to give a customer?Fast forward to today when returning the linen, an employee implies that it was somehow MY FAULT that I hadnt called yesterday to complain 1 hour before my sons party was set to commence. Was I supposed to wait for her to leave whatever she was doing and hopefully go back to her place of business? Or, how about the fact that she states shes closed Saturday and Sunday, which is why I had to pick up the linen on Friday.Being the resourceful person that I am, I was able to conceal the torn linen and my sons guests never knew the difference.Im extremely disappointed that the owner of Discount Table Linen Rental didnt think it important enough to address a customer complaint and further refused to refund me any money.Sometimes discounted is not the best option especially in terms of customer service and/or products received.
The owner of discount linen and her employee were very unprofessional and argumentative. I would not recommend this linen company to anyone. When a customer is asking for an explanation about the service or product purchased as the owner you should be able to explain yourself professionally.
The owner is not professional at all. She is very rude, aggressive, and unpleasant.I am very disappointed how this black own business is ran. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this business, I would encourage them to go else where. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
Poor customer service. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but EVERY encounter with the owner was terrible! She was RUDE on the phone when I placed my order, RUDE at pick up, and RUDE when returning my linens. At pick up no greeting (e.g., hello) whatsoever and would not allow my children (3 - all with masks on) to come inside her lobby with me, stating it would be too many people and IF another customer were to come THEY [the other customer] would not be able to enter. I explained that I did not want to be a negligent parent and leave my small children unattended in the car.... Very under reasonable and combative on every turn. I would rather spend a few more dollars with one of her competitors and receive great customer service than to accept the treatment I received. Not worth it!
She came through and saved the day. I really appreciate her.
Great customer service. Excellent prices. I had an emergency color change. I called Discount Linen the day (4 hrs) of the event. They had the size (90×90 round) royal blue and the quantity I needed. They except Visa credit cards with proper ID. Not my first visit. I just want everyone to know that this business is convenient, efficient & friendly. Whew! Thank you staff.
I have used discount linen for the last five years for work as well as personal events. Their professionalism, customer service and promptness is awesome. I would highly recommend using them for your events. Shout out to Kim and her crew. You guys are amazing!
I came in about 10 minutes before this placed closed. I understand people are ready to go at the end of the day, but it is no reason to be rude and unprofessional to a customer. I knew exactly what I wanted, I just needed to verify the color and pay. Kim, who told me she was the owner, made frequent remarks about coming it at the last minute, how people are ready to go, and a reference about the mall closing at 9 etc etc. Not only was she rude, but she also didnt have the color I wanted, which was listed as an available color on her site. She said she doesnt order it because it was similar to another color. So why list it as being something you have?I would not recommend this place simply because you have options on where to spend your money and you shouldnt spend it where people dont value you. My $100 rental may not be much to lose, but any revenue they may have gotten from my referral is now lost. Ill advise anyone whos looking to rent linen to look elsewhere. I was prepared to spend more money just to get good customer service. I was about to find the color I wanted to rent for 1/5 of the cost online.
They always have what I need, even at the last minute. I love their linen and the service. I highly recommend them !

I love this place. Always have what I want. Weather was a little bad the day of event and i was kept up to date on time when they were running a little behind. They came in did what was needed and did not put me behind on my schedule. I will continue to use Discount Table Rental.

I had this place for my baby shower Nov of 2015 and they were excellent!!! colors came out beautifully. They were on time for both drop of and pick up. I definitely recommend them. And I will be using them again!!!!

After experiencing very poor customer service, I attempted to discuss the issue with the owner, Kim Talley. I believe in going straight to the source and giving constructive, polite feedback to see if the problem can be resolved. Unfortunately, the owner proceeded to ignore me and then interrupt me quite rudely. Her interaction with me lacked professionalism and clearly she does not take kindly to feedback from her customers. Very unfortunate. The prices may be a bit cheaper than some, but the poor customer service is not worth it!

Worst customer service EVER, it was like they didnt even want my business. I called multiple times to try to set an appointment and each time I was basically told that they didnt care to do anything that would help me out. Finally, I was able to get them to agree to an appointment time, I called the day before to confirm just like they told me to and left a voicemail asking them to call and confirm. When I didnt hear back, I called them the next morning and was told that I would have had to confirm the day before! WTF? I told them I had called the day before and I was just calling again to confirm and they still said they wouldnt be able to stay after 5, BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CHECK THEIR MESSAGES! They arent open on Saturdays and basically did not care to have my business. This was after I told them we would be making a large buy for a wedding. Im completely blown away by the sheer laziness and lack of caring there is at this place. Good thing we figured this out before they screwed everything up the day of the ceremony.

Chair covers had holes in them. Bad customer service, wouldnt let us apply $100 dollar deposit to another purchase for the same occasion on the same date. Displays looked antiquated and dull. Used for April 1, 2016 affair.
