If you dont own a Harley, dont even THINK about calling them!!! I needed a flat fixed on my Suzuki Boulevard, called them on the phone and they wouldnt even accept my bike for such a simple repair.

I had XKGLOW lights installed last year on my 17 SGS. Tom did an awesome job on the installation. The module is having issues. I called J&R, they said bring it back. They will take care of the problem. R&R the module. Lifetime warranty.Also have a oil cooler line bent like an elbow from day one. Dealership said that it is ok. J&R going to take care of it. Looks like I found my new repair shop. I must also say. Tom gives you the time & courtesy every customer wants. Keep up the good work.

Had my tires changed there last year on a honda shadow for $100Great deal right!Called this year for a tire change and was told they only work on Harleys.....What a joke!

I had them paint my bike and they did a horrible job!and they said they was going to redo it!then they started giving me the run around stop answering the phone then when I finally caught up with them they said now they aint redoing it!!
