This is my local AutoZone. Every time I go here they have the parts I need. The employees are knowledge and friendly. I have been at the location near closing time and I did not feel rushed. So, if you need to get your check engine light out or need a new battery for a hard to find vehicle start here. Its always a good idea to call ahead. They are usually quick at answering the phone and ready to search for the part you are looking for.

One of afternoon, I came into the atuozone store, I was looking for a special spray with the plastic bumper look a nice but I can’t decide to a kind of the best spray choice so, anyway, I asked to the person is whose a employee at the working, I was politely to called “ excuse me, sir ? “ to the employee person ingored me then I was puzzled what wrong with the employee person had a bad mood . I once asked a same question 🙋🏻‍♂️ again, then he still ingored me again . I was very frustrated, I asked other a employee person and finally asked him once politely too then the employee willing to help me a lots to find the right choice spray . It’s look alike kinda of sadly the employees aren’t a very friendly at all . Maybe I guess they are very bad mood or aren’t a happy either . I never go there anymore . That’s tragical sadly of the employees lousy job anyway .

Terrible customer service. Three guys behind the counter and they all jump on the phone and stopped assisting me to pay for my merchandise. I will not be back here again and hopefully no else does. I wanted to give a effing negative star but its not available here.

I live down the street from this place. As a mechanic i need parts often. This place is so close and convenient but i choose to take my business elsewhere. The service is terrible. Most of the employees act like they are doing you a favor. The manager Francis... i think he is the manager, but im not sure, will take his sweet time attending to you. The other employees seem to follow his lead. I worked in the car business a long time so i know good service. The service at this autozone is terrible.Do yourself a favor and avoid this spot. You will be getting better and more friendly service at the autozone in Pomona off Gary Ave. Also the service is better at Walnut Auto parts, or Orielly off Nogalas and Amar.

Special order parts!!! That should have been ready today!!! Didnt happen had to reorder now lets see if I get them by Tuesday!!! Only one came and damaged, and the guy still wanted me to take it, really I ordered two for a reason!!!!!

Oh my god. The last of the honest mechanics! Ive had a few things done there, but most recently we brought our car in because we KNEW it needed a new battery and figured they would give us a decent price. Nope. It was just the terminal and they charged us $18 bucks.They have really nice dogs there too!

Great staff, very helpful and even helped replace the windshield wipers on my Acura. Was in and out of the store and parking lot in 10 minutes with new wipers. Definitely recommended for your cars needs!!

They were very very professional and helpful to my and sister, who had a flat tire and 1 headlight out. As was a nice young man, who was going into Autozone, changed our tire for No Charge. God bless him and Autozone staff, theyre great!!!

This location received my old car battery so that they can recycle it properly. there was a little wait because of the line but the associates saw me walking up with the battery and helped me by opening the door for me and telling me to put on counter while i waited in line. that was a nice touch by them.

I get most of my parts from them, they are very helpful, Steve and Raul are great when it comes to info I need to get my part and anything they dont have i can have it order and check back when its ready for pick up. Great group of people at this store.

They did a great job for me. Had trouble finding my account with the latest warranty. They called in and found my account and updated it and processed everything I needed.

I had the worst customer service experience tonight with an older employee. He looked unhappy with the world and provided horrible customer service. We walked in at 8:45 and he yelled at another co-worker to lock the door even though they close at 9pm. He was very short in his answers and treated me like I was bothering him by asking for parts. He just didnt want to help anybody else and was unhappy to have to assist customers. This employee should not be in a customer service position and I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him and the customers that have to deal with him. I will drive to another Autozone before coming here again.

Tried to get an Enginer air filter, asked me to order online due to special order, called back regarding website navigation issue, (the website gave me 6 pages for airfilter) he told me he cannot help me since he cannot access autozone website, I asked for a Vin number of the filter, and he keeps in telling me the Vin number is in my car....He sounded rude, impatient, whereas he is not familiar with their company website, and very frustrated to deal with.
