Terrible service. I needed my touch screen looked at on my new Ford edge because it stopped Working and they said it would be two weeks before they could fit me in. I called Ron Carter and they are able to fit me in today. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Mcree Ford.

I can say 100% that any part I have needed from them for a 2016 f150 they never have. I never had this problem when I had a Dodge. Off to eBay and Amazon again .

Actually went in to talk to the service managers about being able to get a diagnostic on my vehicle. There were three of them there at their desks. One was doing something and wouldnt even look up. The other one had something he was finishing up so wouldnt look or acknowledge I was there. The last one I let another customer go before me when he finally acknowledged our presence. And he really did not act like he had any interest or desire to assist us. It was really frustrating. When I finally did get an opportunity to talk to him I asked about getting a diagnostic check on my vehicle and he basically said that there was a four to five day wait before they would even look at a car to begin evaluation and the charge was a hundred and some dollars to do a Diagnostics plus whatever Parts they ended up recommending. Im not sure how they think that individuals can go a week without their vehicle. He had told the customer in front of me even though he had purchased his vehicle from another Ford dealer 4 months ago and had a full warranty on it that he would have to go across the road and work out the rental and if it was covered it would be on a reimbursement base only. This is a lot different from the McRee Ford that I have experienced in the past. However from that sour note I went back to talk to the parts department. The persons there acknowledged me and one immediately asked me if he could help me and was able to look up the things that Ive asked him for. It was a pretty good experience. Parts yay service nay.

Went to this dealer to get a competitive price on an F150 Lariat ...It took about 2 min. And they could not price it to compete with Cook Ford in Texas City. Very nice ..but not competitive...

Service Manager wouldnt listen to me for my warranty claim. My car was found to have no oil, and warranty doesnt cover that. I know I put 8 quarts in the car 30 days ago, and brought proof, even if that is not proven, shouldnt a car give a check engine light, or my oil pressure would be super low. None of these occurred and the car locked up. I just wanted them to check this. I was told they dont know what to tell me.

Very disappointed by the service. It seems their are many workers who sit around and do nothing. Very dirty, handed my car for a seat repair and not only did I have to come in twice but also I received the car dirtier and the car was unable to start! I do not recommend this garage at all! Just look at the average time spent here: 3 hours!!!!! If I could put negative starts I would!

Went for an oil change wait was a little long but very good service.

I ordered a part for my car and they helped me get the correct part and called to let me know it was in.

Seems like they want to say they care about the customer but face it they straight out lied to a 19 year old, my son about how long it would take, made an appointment and after the car was dropped off at 12;30 by 5:30 had not even been touched, the service rep who helped us Brian was not even on point about what he was saying, telling me they had to drop the gas tank in my sons car to make the recall repairs when the recall is for a computer software update that was not available when the first fix was put out, and let me tell you dont just use a dealer because they are close, after being wrong and now saying that they have 24 hours to decide whats wrong with the car and then how ever long they want to fix it well I left a message for his boss and have not even heard back from him, I do know that I will not take another car to them.
