I had a check engine light on my 2012 F150 Eco. They got me in relatively soon on a day that worked for me. Dropped it off at at 8:00 AM. They told me they would notify me of progress. Heard nothing. Had to call twice. The people were courteous but they had my vehicle tied up all day for an O2 sensor. The expense & service time was excessive. Had my vehicle all day for a two hour job. I would love to keep my business in town. This experience makes it difficult. Do better!
This is a tough one to review. Ill explain;On one-hand, you have the sales side which goes far and away to exceed expectations. If I was rating the Sales side, staff, and process here alone, it would be a 5/5.But, Im not just reviewing the Sales side.On the other-hand, we have the service side. I will say, the techs here(people in the shop) are great, they dont leave greasy hand prints or anything like that. The people behind the counter are great in-person.The issue arises anytime you try to call the Service Department to speak to someone besides an answering machine. I would say you will probably have to call 5 times to get someone, an actual human not an answering machine, to actually answer one of those 5 times. That reason brings the overall score down.Update: Buy a vehicle here, yes. Serviced here, no. They cant communicate in the service department and it seems like they have 1 phone line that goes to voice mail always.
Our vehicle was serviced on time which was important since I waited for it. The service rep was very pleasant and thoroughly explained all that the technician checked. The tires were rotated along with the oil change and all completed within one hour.

Called to get a price for an oil change, fuel filter change, tire rotation, etc. Was quoted $350-400. Scheduled the appointment, dropped it off. When I picked it up my bill was $693. Definitely will not be returning there for service
They didn’t fix my car after having it all day the first day. They ordered parts and scheduled repairs a week out. Told me hours after I dropped my car off for the week-later repair that the parts were not ordered. Charged me $130. Car was never close to fixed. My car is a 2018 Ford Fiesta. The AC went out.
Poor poor communication from service area. My 2021 F350 drive shaft broke on a Thursday, Ford sent my truck to Red Rock under warranty- no phone call from them so called on Tuesday - left message . Called Wednesday and they were gonna have service tech call me- nobody called me back so I called and demanded to talk to someone about truck- service person said my drive shaft was back ordered and didnt know when it was coming in. Frustrating experience dealing with the organization.
Make sure you get the full price before you let them do the work. I got an oil change here. I asked how much the service person said around 80 dollars I said ok. Truck was done go to pay bill and it is $179.31. I said what. I have been to many Ford dealers for oil changes I travel in my rv and never paid this much. Turns the $80.00 is just for the oil and they charged extra for everything else. Getting back to all the ford dealers I go to for oil changes is any where from $100.00 to $130.00 for oil, oil filter and tire rotation. The oil change is for a 6.7 diesel motor in a F350.

I had trouble with my truck while pulling my fifth wheel trailer on vacation. Red Rock put a technician on my problem immediately. They diagnosed it and didnt have the part. There other dealership did and I drove there and within 2 hrs they had me back on the road. I have nothing but high praise and thanks for this dealership. I positively give them 5 🌟.

We are a commercial fleet. The service advisor Luke was extremely difficult to deal with. Did not do as asked, Did not follow commercial fleet protocols, did not keep us updated as things changed, and down played our company to our driver. Very horrible experience.

I called about a truck I saw for sale online. I worked the deal over the phone since I was over 800 miles from the dealership. Chris V. was my salesman and he could not have done a better job sending me video, pictures etc. so I could be at ease purchasing over the phone. Usually I would just have the truck shipped to me, but in this case I had a trade in that we worked via photos, phone calls and video. When I arrived, Chris and the dealership had all the paperwork ready. I was in and out in 20 min. Definitely worth the 1650 mile roundtrip drive. Great Job Chris!

3 weeks to troubleshoot and change out a starter? They had to order one in? I question no place in town has a starter for a 2017 F150 people’s lives depends on driving and they have no respect of others. So slow I will never go back.

Do not use this service department, run do not walk away. They do not know how to answer a phone, let alone work on a vehicle. Ford should be embarrassed to have this as a dealership. There is no such thing as customer service. I have never had a good experience at this dealership in Dickinson. Faster and cheaper to go to Bismarck.

Very disappointed in the lack of follow through. Never have I been to a dealership where the car salesman didn’t seem to care whether he made the sale and ignored a cash offer. Saw a car on their website, drove down to Dickinson to look at 4 different vehicles, one being at Red Rock. Got there, found vehicle, asked to see inside, made cash offer. We checked out the prices online, they were like 2000 above book and the vehicle had visible cosmetic issues inside and out. Left name and number with salesman who I didn’t catch his name as I never received it. No phone call, no counter offer. Nothing. Similar experience at Red Rock in Williston. I will skip Red Rock in the future. Waste of time and poor customer service. Very disappointed.
Red Rock is amazing! ALL the people there were beyond helpful and friendly! We were there for awhile trading in our car with our two young kids and everyone was very good to all of us. Also they took the truck we bought cleaned it and filled it full for us. Helped us switch all our stuff over. And gave us a very fair price for our trade in. Highly recommend

We had a check engine light come on an hour into a 13 our trip. Stopped and Rick came out, cleared it, did the software upgrades (that werent yet causing a fault) necessary to save me more work when I got home. A really great experience!

I have had two ford cars for the past seven years. And I went to go get one of my cars fixed and The service department is the worst Customer service I have ever seen in my life. If I could give them a negative rating I would! I will Most definetly be selling both of my Ford cars and switching to another brand just because of them at red rock ford service department. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Overheard dan telling his coworkers I looked like a homeless person. Just because I didn’t drive up in a vehicle didn’t mean I didn’t want to buy one. So...had my buddy drive me to the bank to get a cashiers check for the full amount. Shouldn’t have bought here but I was desperate to move quickly to get back to work. So yeah...I’m sure he felt foolish. Don’t judge a book by its cover. AND they never put in the Sirius radio that was promised. Everytime I took it in to be serviced, the guy said he was too busy. I mean..:that’s great and all.......NOW THAT YOU HAVE YOUR MONEY” But hey- behavior like this will catch up. It’s not the nineties any more guys!

Perfect example of a dishonest dealer! We were stranded because of an issue with our truck. They waited till closing on a Friday to tell us that they could not fix it. We had to buy6 anew truck from them and a month later they still have not paid off the loan from the old truck. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are filing complaints with both the Washington State Attorney General and the North Dakota Attorney General. They do not return phone calls when you call them to try and get a matter dealt with. Worst car dealer and buying experience we have ever dealt with. Save your sanity and go some where else!
Why do shops take no pride in their work.. Shops used to wash vehicles off when the work was done!!
Employees are very nice and so is building. I went there for a promotion and was given a $50 gift card since I didnt win. Which I was ok with until I realized it couldnt be used in this city. When I called to speak with them about it I was only told to travel somewhere else to use it. I WILL NOT be coming back to this dealership in the future.
Worst attempted buying experience ever, dont try and do a trade here. Sales manager very rude and belittling to a potential cash buyer. Waited over an hour to get an offer while they laughed in managers office. Told me no one beats them on a sale when they were 9k less on my trade then two other dealerships. Next time dont waste my time tell me you dont want to trade, wait there will never be a next time.

The changeover from Parkway had its ups and downs, but Brandi, Brian, and Jon in Parts and Service are always helpful and I have been happy with the work theyve done since.
