Dont get mechanic work done here. Had a c15 with blown head redone lasted 12000 miles. Wanted a second chance. Second bill greater than first and no adjustment to bill for never fixing it right the first time, even though it was fixed based on their recommendations.Followup: Dont believe managements response below. Dickinson store manager never did follow-up and give a response. Obviously nobody in ownership cares about the customer, only making sure the shoddy workmanship is billed out and collected!

My partner bought a piece of equipment from them that was new but it was already rusting all over it they said they gave us a good deal but the day with make it right and get it painted I dont need chicken 8 months to get it painted and then they didnt paint the whole thing. We will never buy another piece of equipment from them their sales department lies to get you to buy something and then re negs on what they say

Not impressed with service today. I stopped in for filters, gentlemen in front of me was greeted and helped in no time, I got there and was told to go see another person(not at parts counter) and waited while he was on the phone, to go back to original spot and seemed like a bother to help me! If this was not the only place to get what I needed today I would have walked out!

Well never see a trucks again. Trucking is not 9 to 5 bankers hours. Dont break down in Dickinson ND
