I you like getting greeted with a stare down, then rudely interacted with the entire transaction this is your place! If you like empty shelves and having the items you asked for thrown on the counter with angst, this is your place. The front desk lady clearly hates hates her simple job.

Terrible customer service, walked in there and just started asking the service lady some questions about some u-bolts I needed and she was so intense and so defensive, I would ask a question and before I could finish she would shut me down. I don’t think they want to make money, so I went to Dakota Tool and Machine and they made it for me in a day.

Lady at desk was extremely rude!! Didn’t even have a clue what parts I was talking about

Extreamly expensive and very little selection of tools.

Poor customer service.
