Staff was very nice and quick to help. Had a good conversation with the sales rep who didn’t push us to make a decision before closing time.We showed up 25 minutes to close and left the door with 5 minutes to spare. Made a decision on a couch and purchase in 20 minutes.

Gary and the staff were extremely helpful. We greatly appreciated everyone taking their time and providing us with different options as we chose furniture for our home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I was quite pleased with the level of service I had received. I am hoping it continues through to the delivery. They are doing everything they can to meet my needs. Due to no fault of there own there in stock inventory was a slight problem and orders are a long time out. But thats more of a covid / supply and staffing issue on the production end.

Sales people are great.... the insurance check it closely. My didn’t cover damage from a dog tear.i wouldn’t have bought it had I known that it didn’t cover animal damages. My coverage hasn’t even expired. As far as Ikeating and the staff they are wonderful.

Didnt have anything that was on the floor, said everything took 10 weeks or more to get, wouldnt sell anything off the floor. Everything was more expensive, just go the the ashley store in bismarck, ask for Craig, he did amazing and we got thw same chair same day for $120 cheaper
