She was on-time, professional. I went based on an appointment made by an online hearing aid lead service. Rather than attempting to sell me a hearing aid, she saw a wax build up and recommended cleaning by an ENT or at home ( gave me instructions) before recommending buying anything. I will go back to complete the process ( 2 hour round trip) because the professional approach established trust.
