My experience was an impressive fail, no customer service and no talent. Brought a truck in to have hydraulic hoses installed, got stuck with a huge bill and still did most of the installation at our own shop, even after their employees kept the truck for a week! Dickinson really need a new hydraulic shop!!

4 weeks to have one cylinder and a valve body rebuilt. I called ahead and made an appointment with an estimated week and a half repair time. I informed them the second week I was losing income being unable to operate without the components. They also would not negotiate at all after I patiently waited and was unable to serve my customers for almost a month.
