Bought my 4 person spa here 2 years ago and they delivered it on time as promised. I moved it to the upper porch and fill it every time we visit the bay. The spa came wired for 120 volts but it needs 240 to operate the heater in a reasonable amount of time. I converted it to 240 and it is amazing. Very pleased with the product and the service

Once I selected my spa, it was delivered within a week and setup in the location better than I anticipated. The installation crew were friendly and professional. They (Nevada and April) worked with me to ensure my delivery worked with my schedule and walked me through the steps to maintain the spa. It does wonders for my back, I feel better and sleep better. We purchased the 24ft Round above ground pool… Perfect size for our family of six! Top-notch installation and service! Everything seems to be the best of the best, and there have been no problems with it to date. Direct Spa was very helpful from day one. My husband & I decided to redo our backyard and purchasing a hot spa was on the list. I found Direct Spa online. I went one day just to view their product. Nevada was wonderful she answered all my questions and more. I even got my husband on Skype and she gladly talked to him and answered any questions he had. We definitely went back another day since I had already narrowed it down. Again, Nevada answered all our questions and concerns.I recently had to drain the hot tub for the first time to clean. I was unsure if I was doing it right.....I called the store and Nevada to the rescue....she walked me through the process over the phone. Cant beat over the top customer service !!! We are enjoying our hot tub to the fullest!! Highly recommend Direct Spa!!

Spas Direct of Texas is wonderful. I bought a hot tub from them a year ago and a year later they still help me with whatever I need whether it is products or answering questions. I highly recommend them whether you need a hot tub or need products for your hot tub.

. Trent was a trooper with setup and delivery . Got that beautiful hot tub in my backyard. Had to take fence down. But Trent was there till the end. Wouldnt buy anywhere else. And the girls are very knowledgeable with products for your spa or pool with a smile.

My experience at Spa direct has been great the people are so friendly and very knowledgeable above ground pool I recommend more people to go and experience their expertise!!!

I went in to check prices and see the Jacuzzi spas they had and the person that was working knew nothing about the products in the store. This was the third stop of the day and she would literally start to answer a question and then stop and ask me to repeat the question to her. She did not know her product and all that she could do was bash the competition down the road at what an inferior product they had. I left after only being there a few minutes. Not only was the service bad but the Prices are higher than anywhere else I have looked.

Three years ago, I was seriously in the market for a hot tub. I drove all over Houston to research and wet test spas: Caldera, Sundance, Hot Springs, Bullfrog, Jacuzzi, and Artesian (the latter two makes being offered by Spas Direct in Dickinson). The store manager, Nevada, was so nice, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. But, I decided not to purchase because I was concerned if my family would really use it.Fast forward 3 years— I turned 50 years old and decided it was time, I knew we would buy from Nevada but was still concerned about the purchase because having a hot tub is more of a luxury.We’ve had the spa up & running for one week. No regrets:).. especially no regrets buying from Spas Direct! Horrible paid top dollar to have a pool installed, still suffering the consequences and of course no one here seems to care. The liner had grass growing through it in the first six months. Ive dealt with it for over two years. Finally called someone else this week to come fix the train wreck. Plans to take them to court.
