Everything went well with setting it up and when we were done with using the unit. Communication was great also.

Horrible customer service, advertising security but lacking majority of faculty in protection. Basically if you call entry only a protected facility youll be ok with it.

Storage unit was waiting and ready with lock and welcoming package when I moved in. No extra charges. They automatically closed out my unit when I moved everything out.

I have had no issues and I love it it doesnt rain the air conditioner is working everythings perfect thank you very much

Had power for winter freeze and would not allow me to get in to get my generator out of storage lost everything from not having power .... this place they did not care ... for there safety dew to freezing condtions we are closed is what i was told

Not a bad place for storing your items they have climate controlled units as well as reg units.I gave them four stars cause I hadnt been there that long and they already raised the rent quite s bit

The attendant provided a great customer service. The transaction was smooth and with no delays. The unit was dusty. The employee did his best to clean it. So far so good I will be updating my experience. I do recommend this location base on customer services.

I have 2 storage units and absolutely love it here. They are such a wonderful company. Best Storage did not charge for September’s rent due to Hurricane Harvey! Amazing! The company really cares about their tenants! The rates are reasonable & affordable!! I definitely recommend renting a storage unit from them!

First, its a 4x8 not a 5x10,for $49.00 a month.Next I was giving an option for 1/2 off first month,or first month free.ofcorse I chose first month free!So once all paper work was done I was still charged $49.00 !!!!!I asked what happened to my first month free?Well sir,after the $24.00 administration fee,the $12.00 insurance that is needed charge for paper work,and taxes.Oh and the lock you bought $16.00.Ok so why you say I get a free first month when I really dont?I should have only been charged for my lock I bought.Sad case of false advertisement,I feel.

The women that worked here before were absolute dolls! New desk person is horrible and lacks the effort to even be cordial. This will be my last month as a result of the new persons unattractive demeanor. Otherwise it is the perfect price and location as a Dickinson resident.

This is a great place for storage. I pay $34 for 5x10 storage. They have great customer service. The storage was clean ehen I moved in and they usually open around 9am-6pm mon through Saturday and Sunday 12 noon til 6pm. Thanks girls✌🏾

Best Storage is the BEST! Immediately after Harvey they cleared all the storage units and cleaning them to make them ready to rent asap, thru all the chaos they pushed thru and were a huge help.
