The store itself is ok, although a little outdated. They have a small collection of instruments, with more guitars and pianos than anything else. They also offer lesson books and sheet music, which I find difficult to browse through. The staff seems friendly enough, although I have never had anyone come greet me or ask me if I needed any help, which shows poor customer service. The biggest problem I had here was their repair service. I will NEVER leave my instrument with them again to be fixed. They had to ship it to Bismarck and it came back in even worse shape. Aside from that, the best feature they offer is a setting for private lessons through local music teachers. I dont wish to give them a bad reputation, and I think all of these could easily be fixed. I hope in the future for a better store for the community.

It is a nice place, unfortunately they could not fix my daughters instrument since its made from a company they dont service. Other than that they have a variety of instruments, just make sure they can fix yours beforehand.

Purchased a piano set from them. We were originally going to purchase it from guitar center until they told us they match any price! Great service, very helpful, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thank you guys

Good store for beginners in guitar theyve got good prices although section on guitars isnt very wide mostly fenders didnt see any strats but good place and very respectable

I will start off by saying that I gave the store good ratings in quality and appeal only because theyre the only music store in town. Theyre open part of the day (usually when most people are working) and have some things on hand. Their guitar selection has grown fairly well and have been improving on their selection of things like stompboxes. Most of my visits to this store have been a pretty big let down. Ive only ever had positive experiences with one of the sales people that work there. His name is Matt and is quite knowledgeable and listens to his customers. The rest dont seem to quite know what theyre there for or know really anything about their products. Ill ask if a product is stocked and receive a reply of No, but we can order it for you. That is great that they offer that, but I can use a computer and the internet. Most likely I can order it as well, and get it much cheaper and quickly. So far, this store has made my Sweetwater Sales Engineer very happy because Ill just call him instead of making the effort to drive to this store.
