Honestly, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The building is super clean and well kept. They are fast in and out for maintenance. Their sales team is absolutely the best at what they do, from explaining and answering questions, too making sure you are absolutely happy with any purchase that is made within the facility. The prices are some of the best around with the absolute best APR rates. I will never go any where else to get a vehicle in the future.

My appointment was at 2:00 for a oil change, tire rotation service, check recalls on the car & fix the plastic piece on the passenger side front seat, I had to go up to another gentleman working at 5:00 to check the status of my car only to find out that the Service Writer that had waited on me had left along with the Service Technician....no one had come to tell me my car was ready. I did bring this to the attention of the gentleman who I approached & he checked me out. He also stated that IF he was to find out that he would call me IF there had been a part ordered for the seat if needed. Over three hours is a long time to sit, wait and hear nothing . The Service writer should have at least came to me to inform me that he was leaving but someone else would take care of me. Loved working with Chad in Sales and the other gentlemen in Finance last December, but this is the second not so good experience with the Service Department.

I bought a nissian titan xd used for there the sales team was great. The head aches came from the service and warranty from the start they acted like they didnt want to fix it. It shifts hard complain about that alot and still havent gotten it fixed by them then took it in for lights on the dash and they wanted to charge me 140 dollars an hour to do the diagnostic on it they sold me a twenty thousand mile warranty and some how it was up in 10000 miles. I have had the worst experience I have ever had with a car lot there and would never buy another vehicle there or recommend anyone else to buy one there either

Bought a 2014 Cadillac SRX and within a year, started having CUE issues. Heat comes on by itself in the middle of summer, radio comes on by itself when car is off. They had just replaced the CUE when I bought it but I wonder if it had underlying issues. And of course I don’t have an extended warranty. 😞

I am extremely happy with the staff at the service center who worked for my car on the day. They were very diligent, fast, detail and correct in doing their work. I had no concern or issue on them. Even they were very kind to us. Especially I give a special credit to one of the staff, Melissa, who very impressed us with her wonderful [performance of the work.And also when I purchased my Nissan car through Austin Ellis, a salesman there I and my wife were very impressed by his sincerity in his work. Bought a brand new 2020 Nissan Frontier from them in December 2020. At 4,000 miles the AC quit working took it back they fixed in a timely manner fast forward to July-August of 2021 the AC went out again at 12,000 miles we was told they would call when they got a loaner vehicle in its the last week of August and have yet to hear from them it’s been 100 degree heat index for last few weeks and absolutely no AC to say the least this vehicle by far has been a hunk of junk and victory Nissan west have been absolutely no help on the second go round with the AC very disappointed at Nissan on this one to say the least

I only give it 3 stars because I dont like salespeople that will tell you whatever just to make a sell. I already had low, affordable payments they said it could be better with lower APR. My car is nice with low miles(under 95,000), he says I should trade it in so he can crush it and get me a better one. Why would you crush a good car that a less fortunate person could be driving and trying to get their life together? Some people just simply need a car to do better. Money is what drives this dealership, they could care less about humanity.

I noticed that the shop was clean and the techs appeared to know what was expected from customer.

We first bought a Rogue from Victory Nissan just over 2 years ago. We worked with Dalton Roper. Then we took our son to buy a car, again from Dalton. He was great to work with and explained the whole process to our son. Then a few months later, my husband bought a new Kicks. Again, we worked with Dalton. He helped us each time we walked in. Anytime we go for service, he makes a point to welcome us. We recently traded my Rogue in for newer model, then son traded his car in for newer car also. Dalton got paperwork from my son ahead of his visit, had pretty much everything worked out before we arrived so all that had to be done was sign papers. As long as Dalton is there, we will continue to work with him. We drive over an hour but its well worth it when there are super friendly people to work with. ** Update*** we just bought #6 & 7 within a weekend. Again from my favorite sales guy Dalton.

Was told I needed tires. Since I purchased the tires from victory a year ago, I asked how much prorated credit I would receive. All of a sudden, my tires were fine.

My fiance and I had such a great car buying experience here. The worker I talked to was great. But the mechanic wasn’t. They kept trying to tell me basically that I didn’t know what I was talking about with my tires. If I’m paying for a BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty, tires should be included. Especially if they have less than 25k miles on them.

My experience with Victory Nissan was great. Chad and Mike were very easy to work with and made the process painless. I would give no stars if possible. We have bought vehicles twice from victory no problem. Had a purchase lined up they do a hard credit pull and when we get there they are having someone else test drive the vehicle. This is not the way to do business. Wasted time drive an hour to be told sorry nothing we can do you should have put a security deposit down. They never mentioned a deposit!! Will never do business with them again.

I just purchased a used 2019 Suburban from Victory Nissan, and it is by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had been looking for a low mileage, used Suburban for some time and a family member found one at Victory that checked a lot of the boxes. I was coming in to buy the vehicle from out of state, so most of the process was completed remotely. Their sales team was incredibly responsive, which enabled me to work out the deal in one day and drive in the next to pick up the car. My sales person, Dalton Roper, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; basically everything that you would want in a sales person. While this was basically a cash deal so I didnt have to do much with their finance department, it was still a pleasure working with Michael Ladd for the little bit that did go through him. If you are looking for a genuinely enjoyable car buying experience this dealership is for you.

I took my car in for its first oil change. The only time I have had an equally satisfying experience is when I bought my Rouge Sport. Less than 30 min and they even washed my car. Excellent service staff!!

Recently my brand new Altima was misfiring in the engine. A rodent had chewed three several wires. I pulled in the service bay a few minutes after 8am and within 45 minutes they told me what was wrong with my car and the cost to fix it and had it fixed 2 hours later. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. They helped make my horrible day a little less stressful! Thank you Victory Nissan Team!

Stefan was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and happy with my purchase and my overall experience.

Experience started off great when we stopped by, close to the end of the day. We Test drove a Nissan Titan. Salesman seemed genuine, nice, and well educated on all the vehicles. We asked if he would be there the next day so we could further discuss a deal (my trade, negotiations etc...). The salesman said yes, all day! So, the next day we texted him with no reply. We eventually called him and asked if we could come down and get an offer on our trade in. He asked us to send pictures of our trade (odometer, interior, exterior, and VIN) and said he could do it that way. After hanging up we did what he asked. A few minutes later he texted us an offer on our trade. We texted back asking if he could price match or come down on the price of the vehicle we wanted. He replied with...”I think it sold”. My reply was “okay”.What the heck?!?! Why did I just go through the hassle of taking pictures, texting him what all he asked for, to be responded to with “I think it sold”. (Why did he waste my time?) He never even responded back! There was no apology for not getting back to us, for having us send pictures and information to him etc... he never offered to find us another vehicle or anything! He just stopped talking to us after telling me “he thinks it sold?” No follow up, nothing. It really angers me that he wasted my time! But I won’t be rude enough to post his name. I’m not here to hurt someone’s business. But this was awful customer service.

I dropped my Murano off for a repair, not expecting to get it back until later in the day. Not only was my car repaired in 30 minutes, but the cost was much less than I anticipated. The entire team was helpful and kind. Great job!!!

My husband and I recently bought 2 vehicles and couldn’t have done it without THE best salesman, Stefan! Not once did I feel intimidated and I am an extreme introvert. Brought our car in to the shop told them what happened. The next morning they called and told me the transmission was out said it would be $4,400. I told them I did not have the money for that. So they told me I owed $130 for the Diagnostic. I went to pick the car up. Battery was dead. So we jumped it off and drove it home. Next day battery was dead. So I went and bought a new battery for it and no issues. Have drove it for 3 weeks now. With no issues. Transmission is fine. I do not even think they pulled it into their shop to test it. Also there has not been any codes or lights on the dash at all.

We bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport...when we were finalizing the deal the Lead guy at the elevated desk kept pushing and I do mean hard sell pushing this service plan for 1000.00for oil changes and other perks that was such a great deal. The statement was made by us that it might be good as the Nissan was so close compared to our usual run to a quickie placeThis was the time in our opinion the person pushing this plan should ethically have made it clear that it could only be used at their dealerships owned by their owners not All dealerships! That omission and in our opinion DECEIT...as all involved knew we lived 40 plus miles in a different town was a classic example of how this dealership treats its clients .At our first recent 5000 mile service time I then discovered this fact . I called Nissan corporate which of course referred me to dealer so there is no checks and balances for Any behavior . Then at the service this car which has so many issues quirks with gadgets not working knocking sounds under car ..finacky starter...etc ....Going home the warning went off ...tired they had just supposedly checked were off in three tires as far as pressure.....We personally are miserable at the idea for multiple intervals we have to go back to this dealership with all these terrible experiences or loose our money ....Then the service manager when told of issues stated we will schedule a time to fix said issue .Its been weeks ....so after a follow up call ..HOW WAS YOUR SERVICE ..I CALLED BACK DISCUSSING ALL ABOVE ...OH WE CANT DO ALL PROMISED FOR AT LEAST A MONTH !Great service Victory NissanBuyers BEWARE .....!!!!!
