Carried my car to Firestone for a tune up. tried to get them to at least try to check it out & put a little effort and maintenance into getting it running .couldnt even get them to do that for me . Im disabled, really needed the customer care I hoped Firestone would least try and provide to get my car running to get back n forth to my doctors. No help at all with some money to spend to get some repairs done to my car to get it back on the rd.older model car owners U can pretty much 4get it.now another 150 to get my car towed home with no repairs. Really sad, thanks Firestone.. really appreciate itM🆘

Awesome place, great service. If i lived here I’d definitely take my cars to them. Needed a new tire to continue my trip and they helped me out a lot, prioritized me and i was back on the road within an hour.

A geat experience, exspert techs

My wife had a flat yesterday and the staff worked her in and she left with a brand new tire. Not being one to drive around on three old tires and one new one we called back this morning and found out they did not have additional tires in stock and would have to get the tires from another location. Joell was very helpful in getting the tires to the Dickson store and scheduling us for a 1:00pm install. I was out in an hour. Great job and great staff. Will go back and will recommend the Dickson store for sure.

Professional and friendly team.I visited this location to have 4 new tires installed, 4- wheel alignment preformed, oil changed and battery replaced on my 03 tahoe.I called the day before my appointment. They were able to schedule me for the following afternoon at 12pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and despite my deviation they immediately pulled my truck in.They had the tires I wanted in stock and offered me other options based my requirements.The manager at the front desk was professional and polite. Her secondary desk associate was also great. Despite being relatively busy they were able to multi task with no noticeable affect on customer service.I was quoted 3 hours for the entire job. I knew the alignment would be way off due to the recent replacement of all steering and suspension parts.The front desk agent offered to take me to the location I would be waiting at, and also offered to pick me up.After the 3 hour quoted time my truck was still being aligned. They explained to me there were multiple things that needed to be adjusted and the tech was making sure everything was perfect. I didnt mind at all, I love perfection and appreciated the communication.Total time including a test drive was just barely 3.5 hours. The technician walked through the numbers and everything they did. They even mentioned additional items to keep an eye out for including my serpentine belt. But NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES!These guys blew away my expectations and definitely recommend them for future customers.Great job!

I visited this newer Firestone store a couple of weeks ago to balance a tire for one of my vehicles. The tire was off the car and I walked in for service. They finished in less than 10 minutes. I decided to go to them again yesterday for a rotation and balance for my truck. The store is clean and the technicians are competent. I only waited 45 minutes and I was on my way. Be advised that they require masks in their lobby.

Wife’s truck windshield wipers got struck in the wide wipe. Firestone took all the covers off and found out that it was not the motor but a huge piece of ice. They got the ice out and the wipers work fine. They could have charged me for a new wiper motor and I would not have known the difference. They were very honest.

Mr.Anthony and All his Staff went over and Beyond for me today. Its a pleasure to have them work on my car. Im a Lifetime customer due to the Great service I always receive 🙂

I broke down in Nashville on 440 I had my 2010 camaro towed there. The lady Joell was great even though they weren’t going to perform the work. Didn’t charge me for anything they did do and I greatly appreciate that. Could had sold me a whole bunch of stuff I don’t need just to get some money and me back. Referring me to dealership and another local mechanic instead of ripping me off second time I’ve came in contact with her and both times she helped. Great person and great service. Really wanted to say thanks so far the best experience I’ve had with mechanic shops. Thanks for standing out from the rest. 👍👍👍👍👍

They had everything I needed at an affordable price the customer service was efficient and the service was fast. Would definitely recommend as you will definitely get an efficient Job and not have to worry they are fully equipped to handle most Auto repair needs.

I havent had the pleasure of actually getting any work done w/ this Firestone. Every time I call no one answers. I make appointments online, they get kicked back (hours later) saying they are canceled. Then when I do call (again) after multiple attempts a rude person tells me, yea we canceled your appointment because theres already 2 booked for that slot. Ok? Why did it allow me to book online? Unwilling to try to work w/ me. Rudely said, Look you can come but youll be last served and wait over 2 1/2 hours. Wow. Such great customer service. I HATE the fact I bought my tires from Firestone (last October in Franklin) thinking id benefit from free rotates but have yet to get one. Id rather pay the dealership 19.99 then to be talked down to. Franklin Firestone? Amazing!!!! 5+ stars. Dickson? Well I guess I shouldnt expect much considering the location.

Brought my car in at 8 am for alignment. Said it would be done today called them at 330 they told my employee the underneath was froze up. Had my number never called to notify me since they had the car all day. I was a loyal Firestone customer. Not any more take your car elsewhere there are plenty of other options on Dickson such as co-op on route 70 or Dickson auto care. Bye bye Firestone !

Didnt appear to want me to come in. Said they were busy that day and my wait would be several hours. Seemed happy I said that I was going to go somewhere else.

Anthony and crew went above and beyond to help my family when our van broke down in the middle of our vacation. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Our van was fixed in record time, and we were back on the road again.

Absolutely amazing staff. In the middle of dealing with health issues with my husband we found out that he had to be transported to Nashville. My tires were not highway ready. Initially I was quoted for today and at $138 plus tax. When I walked in I was told they couldnt get to it today. I walked back to my car feeling defeated and overwhelmed and sat there to try and calm myself, when the gentleman came back and said they would work me in. Ive heard not great things about Firestone but today they showed compassion. I will definitely be returning!!!

Clean, friendly staff, not REALLY busy. I had made an appointment, got there about 10 minutes early for scheduled oil change, filter, tire rotation and car was on the rack by appointment time. Even with added request of front end alignment I was out in an hour and 20 minutes. Car drives/rides great so far.

Came here to get some new tires for a quick weekend trip. When we got the car back we realized theyd curbed/chipped the edge of one of my wheels. Should have taken it somewhere else. Dont come here if you have nice wheels. They have no idea how to treat them.

Called to make an appointment because I was leaking break fluid. I was told that they couldn’t help me and told me to take it somewhere else, so I did. Now Firestone will NEVER get any business from me, my family or any of my friends. You’re supposed to be Complete Auto Care, but couldn’t be bothered to help me.

Ive gotten two oil changes at the new location! Im excited they are here in Dickson! The staff is friendly and scheduling appt was easy and they got my hubby in and out fast. My walk in was great, Anthony took care of us.

Ive been a Firestone customer for many years, Ive always used the Bellevue location and ended up having a horrible experience with them, so I gave the Dickson location a call. They had my work van in and out in less 24 hours. I will be a lifetime customer. Definitely gives these guys a try.

I dont understand why the woman working in the office cant listen to customers, maybe she has a hearing issue or she just didnt want to. I dont believe she should be working with customers if she doesnt want to listen to said customers. I will not be back!

Made an appointment on Sunday for the following Friday at 11am. When we arrived to drop the vehicle off we were told the tires we requested were discontinued and that they would have to order a different set and for us to be back the next morning at 11am. They had a whole week to let us know that but oh well things happen. We again dropped the vehicle off Saturday at 11am and were told it would be ready by 3pm. We show back up at 3 and are told the tires did not show come in so we will have to reschedule, again. No phone call to let us know anything. Two wasted trips and still no tires.

The BEST Firestone store BY FAR! Anthony runs this store & has been with Firestone for over 15 years. Very clean store but you MORE importantly you will not be over sold. Anthony will treat you like family because he wants you to come back, & if you go once, you will never go anywhere else.

The staff was very helpful and curtious.The prices were good.I would recommend them any time.

I had an appointment for oil change. They were right on time and i was in and out in 30 mins. They put plastic cover over my seat and floor protection paper on driver side. They disinfected my keys before handing them back to me.

This is a very nice enviroment the people who work there are very nice and try to make you feel important the manager at the Dickson store is Awesome Tyler who helped me today was very nice I would recomend anyone to visit this store

Expensive and slow, I was told 40 minutes on an oil change but it was almost an hour, plus cost was only 50.39 and it turned out to be 59.53 not going there again

Took 2.5 hours and 15 mechanics to change two tires the salesman didnt understand how to use the computer software. 🙂
