I like this place. We have used it for the print desk on and off for years. Skip the self service and get them to do it for you. Everything you need for the office is on the floor. Grant helped us buy a printer tonight and he was awesome. Check out their selection of bound ledgers and writing supplies!

Just want to say again how great the Dickson Office Depot staff has been to me. Tony and Mandy were the helpful folks serving me today, and they worked with me so that I could get exactly what I needed. The great customer service is the main reason Im loyal to the store.

This store is awesome! I was in the market for a large color laser printer and was overwhelmed by all the options and models available. The Manager, Stacie took the time to walk me through several models and worked hard to get me the best price on the one a picked. I would highly recommend this location!

99.9% of my visits are for the printing. I go 2-3 times a month. I rarely have a wait, and the staff is always so nice and helpful. I have used different options for printing (hard copy, thumb drive, email) and they are always accommodating and helpful.

Best staff of any store in Dickson. The people at the copy/print department are wonderful; especially that Logan kid. He seems all right.

Never had an issue with this location, friendly helpful staff, would like them to be more educated on the products they sell though. I can read the product boxes too lol. They usually have whatever we need in stock and prices are decent.

Ive been going to these guys for years now and I cant say enough good things about them. Theyre very professional and everytime I walk out of there I feel 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

Prices are average, but if you ask them, they will price-match with competitors for at least the smaller items. I am not sure about the larger ones. Customer service is great! They spent about 10 minutes making sure I had the right printer cartridge, which is difficult to do since I have a new printer, which accepts a strange type of cartridge (be careful what you buy at Walmart).

Horrible customer service at the print / copy area. The clerk refused to let me use her scissors for a fedx package I was sending out. She said she didnt know where they were but refused to move her feet out of the spot she was standing in to look (in a print copy area??!! ). She not only refused to help me, but literally did not move her feet out one spot. Never smiled one time. I dont suggest this store if you can avoid it!!

Took my computer for an up date and Walley was wonderful help. He is the best. He was able to perform miracles and save all of my data on a crashing computer.

Clean and well organized, minus one star because it is kinda dark in there and hot. They should really turn the air down. But, I got a five pack of hilighters for 2.00 so theres that.

Office Depot in Dickson TN is a constant with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. We not only shop there in person but also order online.

I honestly dont think this is the best place for anything, considering everything they sell here can be found at Walmart or Best Buy for a better price.

OFFICE Depot in Dickson is great.. However, I needed 12 copies of a flyer and I got them they were not the size I needed..

A staff member was very rude when I asked a question about getting a raincheck on an out of stock sale item not knowing that Office Depot doesnt do them. I was there to get school supplies, asked a young man if they do rainchecks, he said no, and more to myself I said Well that stinks (not complaining to him or mad at him or the store, but more feeling unlucky that I didnt make it in time to get the deal), at which point he said Well....., shrugged his shoulders, and rolled his eyes while I was still looking at him. I was pretty livid leaving there and havent been back. He definitely could have kept his eye rolling and shrugging to himself. I wish I had gotten his name, but oh well. Im sure hes probably been fired since then since he was so brazen to shrug his shoulders and roll his eyes RIGHT in my face. I doubt Im the only one hes done that to.
