From the moment I walked in the store, the sales representatives were welcoming and quick to help. They are knowledgeable and proficient in their positions. They knew exactly how to help and if they didnt, they got back to me quickly with an answer. I walked out with 14 business lines. I suggest anyone transferring accounts or opening new ones to go to the Dobbs Ferry location. Thank you guys for your hard work!

Irving sold me an IPhone 12 pro with the top of the line plan which I wanted but he told me the monthly bill would be way less than it actually is.I recently found out that the AT&T store changed ownership and he no longer works there and he knew he would be leaving so he scammed me with a low price just to make the sale😡The new manager was helpful and explained the bill but it still cost me more every month than I initially intended to pay.
Last time I will ever buy my phone with AT&T.The store manager and a guy who works there scam my husband for $1000 . They suggest him to get new iPhone with promotion to pay only $10 for month for 30 months. Sounds like a good deal. BUT ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND WE ARE STILL PAYING $35 A MONTH. When we went back ( about 4 times) they say, that it was a mistake and they were going to fix it. STILL WAITING....... WORST PEOPLE EVERPosting an update after few days. | |/Just to let everybody know that manager NEVER responded back to me. Another example of how BAD THIS STORE IS!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
This is the last time I will ever come to an AT&T store the store manager Jimmy Edwards literally would only wave my girl friends activation fee if we left them a 5 star reviewing google. That’s absolutely disgusting for a company to be buying reviews. We’ve been long time customers of AT&T and usually get our activation fees waved normally since we also have a business account. After this whole situation I will be moving my girlfriends personal account and my business account to Verizon maybe they know how to appreciate a customer. Like seriously buying reviews From customers with activation fees and credits on your bill is absolute insanity that should literally go against company policy with a corporation like yours. It’s a real shame you have stores with managers like these.

This store is the absolute worse store AT&T has. The store manager is not concerned for any ones safety during this epidemic he wasn’t wearing a mask. he literally told me he didn’t need to wear a mask because he’s the store manager and that it’s his store if I didn’t like it I could go to another location to be serviced. Jimmy is the absolute worst employee I have ever dealt with he should be embarrassed to call him self a manager and he is the reason why I will be leaving with my 6 lines to Verizon I don’t care to pay more for better service. AT&T is not what they use to be it’s obvious they just let any one work there now.

Worst internet ever. Their 4g is totally unreliable particular along the central Ave tier in Yonkers. At best times the internet is slow and at worst times no connection at all. When the network is busy they tether you down even if you havent exceeded the 22 g of their supposed unlimited internet. These people should be put in prison.
Erick was amazingly pleasant, thoughtful and patient. He was also very well informed. Plus, the store has a calming ambience.

Make sure you check all your paperwork. They try to make you give them 5 star reviews while you are still in the store and days later you get emails and notifications that they signed you up for insurance and upgrades you didn’t ask for. Very disappointed. Bad business.
