Second month in, they dont have Marlboro red shorts available. Ive asked a person behind the counter, who should I talk to about them restocking it, and she brushed me off saying that they ordered them and it should be available soon. She was obviously afraid or uncappable of contacting her superior so I decided to write here. I understand they dont make money selling cigarettes but I buy everything in that store. They make plenty of money off of me already, for me to ask for this simple convenience. This is not a hate review but it is complain about something that I, as a smoker find irritating. Till I learn how to fix it, or who to talk to about it, Ill leave a 1 star review.

Stop n Shop is really well run. The store is well stocked, organized and very clean. Self checkout runs smoothly and there’s always someone there to help. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. It’s a great community store.

I was here on a Wednesday and the parking lot was pretty crowded. I can only imagine what its like on the weekends. Prices seem to be a bit higher here with less of a selection than a few of the other Stop n shops I have been to. Check was pretty quick, although the checkout girl didnt look like she was a happy camper...

Im a regular customer here but the customer service my wife recived today is deplorable.

Ive been finding alot of the packaging messed up and have been missing bread out of bags. Ive complained 3 times and have never gotten a proper response back. Its been this last year that the quality control has gotten so poor. Hadnt had issues before. I now drive miles away to the other S&S where Ive never had a problem when I buy more than say, 10 items.

Ran in for a few items, smaller store than I regularly go to, had almost everything on my list.

I love the store but they dont carry brownie brittle.. why I dont know

Definitely has been updated and upgraded inside. Alot cleaner than it used to be. But they need more employees on the floor. You should not have to go looking all over for an employee when you need something. Also depending on the time it can be overcrowded, Which is not good when your isles are narrow. Otherwise it is a good store for your everyday needs.

Poorly stocked. They keep the store brands available but not much else. The firewood they sell is trash, you’re better off burning cardboard.There are much better grocery stores within a 15 minute drive. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Stop & Shop.

So being from the south I thought it was rude that the people stocking were blocking the aisle with their carts and product. I understand they have a job to do. However dont look at me like Im in the way, or when I say excuse me, please be polite and reply with something... Not in Kansas anymore I guess... Probably wont return. Plenty of other places for groceries... 10 cents for 2 paper bags??

Two things...I really like the inventory . I don’t find such high quality products in the bronx... I’ve never seen nature’s promise kids milks @ any other stop in shop in my life... Don’t get me started on Bell n Evans..

First of all, this is a really nice looking Stop and Shop. Every time I go, it’s clean and there are enough check out lines that I’m in and out. Definitely the best Stop and Shop I’ve ever been to.

This is my favorite ShopRite in all Westchester because it is a fairly small store is not crowded like other stop and shop . Still has all the same sales as the other stores but minus the crowds

This is the kind of Stop & Shop you wont get in NYC. Aisles big enough to swing a cane as you stroll through them. Maybe its my inner city kid, but this is a five-star grocery store for me.

Quick in and out to pick up a few things. Soy and nut milks needed restocking. Convenient parking in lot.

Customer service was very,nasty Ashley was a nasty person she discriminates against people with food stamps my card wasnt swooping so I went to another register she ran over yelling at me I,front of all,the customers and her suppervisor did nothing.wene I called she knew it was me asking to speak to a supervisor put me on hold long time than connects me to the meat department shes a mean unprofessional.you dont treat people like that

A somewhat smaller selection that perhaps other grocery stores, this Stop & Shop is not typically super crowded, making it a great place for a few odds and ends. They are a little more expensive than Shop Rite though.

I love Stop & Shop anywhere, which is similar to Giant in Maryland, and better than Safeway. But some Stop & Shops have what the other ones of the same chain dont have, so it depends.

Local supermarket. Staff at customer service was friendly. Okay selection of produce, etc.Came in, Sushi Mikes down the street was closed for the night, so I rolled the dice and picked up sushi here. Was good! Would have it again.

Limited Quality, but large selection. I go there for the best bread of any market in the area. But produce, fruits, most meat except the limited higher quality meat is really not as good as can be obtained a few miles away at a higher end and pricier store

The cashier was so polite. The store was very clean it wasnt hard to find the items that I was looking for.

What a disaster is grocery shopping here in Dobbs Ferry. This Stop & Shop does not carry anything. Their produce is old and they do not carry many common items... like Broccoli! Much of the produce is cut into small pieces then wrapped in a black Styrofoam case (hey Stop and Shop have you heard about environmental issues?) and usually the produce is super old. Then they have the nerve to overcharge for the stinky cut up vegetables. You can not buy a head of anything in that store.When you walk in the store really SMELLS bad- foul!!! Like they just cant get it clean. I dont trust the food there.It is a small store ... I get it but they never have anything I need. It is very sad that there are no supermarkets in this area at all. This store really needs to step up the quality and cleanliness. I now travel to the Shop Right on Central. It sure would be nice to be able to use my local grocer instead!

This store is very pricey, the good thing is that it is a local supermarket and convenient to the local people.

I go here all the time the late closing time is convenient for working families, and the grocery line is usually short. Employees are also nice.

Well stocked, well managed site!

This market is small by todays standards, even after a recent renovation. A fair selection of produce and staple goods but many items are left out. No housewares section. Moderate prices compared to other stores in the area. Adequate parking but a long traffic light to exit.

The worst place ever dont go to many idiots and has nothing on shelves

Friendly staff. Clean and organized store. Great sales. Only improvement: Can expand their meat choices. Add rib tips, lamb shanks, ground veal and pork, pork neck bones, etc., as other meat choices. I go to the bronx off Pelham bay to get my meats as a result.

Good selection. Fresh food is actually fresh (unlike nearby Foodtown). Could do with a better vegetarian selection.

The Produce Department is sometimes hit or miss. By this I mean sometimes they dont have what I need or the produce I purchase spoils before the sell by date...But overall, its a good grocery with a supportive staff and friendly customers.

Been going to this location for years, even before it was called Stop and Shop. Great selection. Doesnt always have everything Im looking for, but I will come to this location over the others in the surrounding towns.

Ive noticed that whenever I purchased produces they dont last long within 2 - 3 day theyve gone bad

We bought a lb of ham from deli and the ham was rotten I told customers service to smell it and she didnt I hope they notify the deli so they can check there meats before they give to customers I hope my son does not get Ill cause he had a slice and he thought it taste funny but didnt pay it no mine till he brought it home and the smell was so bad

For the most part, the cashiers are very helpful. how ever the front end cdhs are always talking and they act like helping ancustomer is always such a burden. Especially sumaihya who always makes it seem as if its the customers problem if there is an issue that needs to be solved, not only that, but she is very rude to her co workers. Not to mention they dont support their firefighters, one of which i am.
