This is a place where i get my fresh produce! I love it because it is fresh on affordable pricing!The staff here are very nice too!They greet you when you enter and thank you when you leave!I am thankful there is Dillons in Dodge City!

Very very upsetting to shop for an hour and have to leave with nothing because prices are not being marked down like advertised . this is getting old same thing every visit 21 items that should have been marked down this time.this is false advertising trying to charge more than you advertise the product for.someone needs to start doing their job right.4 out of 5 visits I get ripped off.

I love to come here for the sushi and the poke bowls! They are the best in this rural area but I also love the customer service the gentlemen who prepares everything provides. He is so sweet and if you have an order you want made he will make it. If you havent tried these items and you love anything sushi then I recommend him. He is sure to please. Next time I go in Ill be sure to let management know he is providing exceptional service.

I love how friendly and helpful the employees are. Note to manager though. An employee in the restroom took one second to apply soap and rinse her hands. Not kidding. Tell all your employees that the recommendation is 20 seconds minimum. Maybe bring in a health nurse to show all employees the correct way to watch hands.

Huge selection of just about everything you can think of and the seafood section will cook your seafood there on site and you can sit down and eat it there or take it home. She cooked me a fabulous salmon kabob with huge chunks of fish cubes between red onion and red and green bell pepper and just splashed with lemon. Cant beat a meal like that for $6. Clean and delicious. Thanks!

My check out person was Hector tonight and he was rude in attentive and added another customers items to my cart. He did not want to pack my items and threw two in a bag and the rest on the little signature pad.

We were happy there was a Kroger store in town. I like the discount on fuel and their sales. Not the best grocery store we have been to, but a good one none the less.

Tabatha at the service desk was extremely rude. She told me that if I didnt like the price then I could leave. I will no longer be visiting the service desk while she is still employed at this store.

We had to sack our own groceries while employees were looking at their cell phones. Our families have traded at Dillons since they opened the south store in the 30s. 5 generations. Might be time for a change. 80 years of loyalty to them is coming to an end.

Yeah theres good produce and organic products Wal-Mart doesnt offer. But if youre looking for affordability this isnt the place. The management is unhelpful as are most of the staff. Even some of the nice staff members can turn out to be unkind if asking for help. So dont expect much good from here.

Our church was doing a fund raiser and the supplier sent the wrong meat trays. I called the meat department, spoke to the meat department manager, Paulo, and not only did he help us out, he donated the trays for us ! This is my hometown store but it has went down hill ever since the remodel. It has become like Wal-Mart you get use to a product and then it is removed from the shelves. The produce section has been terrible all summer long, this is the best time of the year to get good produce. One day last week I go in at 5:30pm and they are just stocking shelves. Has the management changed or has Dillons procedures changed?

Best place Ive been able to shop at. Yes it gets a lil crowded. Floral section is greatly organized. Much appreciation to the men and ladys that work there.

Dillons is the place to go. Everyone always appears to be in a great mood. Items can be easily located, and should you have a problem finding something dont worry because one of those great Associates will help you find it.

I placed a last minute order and the food that I ordered from the deli was great. I was able to get it within a short time ( 10 min.)

The shelves are well stocked, prices are good, I get benefits like fuel points and coupons, & the workers are friendly and helpful. Whats not to love??

The checker and bagger helped me put my items from the cart to the table to be checked out. Im wearing a neck brace so it is hard for me to pick things up and twist. I did not have to ask them, they just did it. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. I didnt give five stars because it is hard to find some of the items that I need. I have this problem almost every time I go.

This is my favorite dillons so far. The intelligence of the help is questionable at times. Great inventory good prices and usually pretty good at keeping checkouts open.

Wish the store in Dodge City had a sheet with layout of Popstore for people to grab..when they are not from this area and need only a few items. Even stockers dont know where items are. And when Ive told whomever is sanding at the end cap looking at registers..walk around, youll find it. Stockers in the fresh fruits and vegetables..red tomatoes says the sign..red grapes. Oranges says the sign..red apples. And the oranges were behind a sign that said peaches. When I brought it to their attention..those are last weeks sign. If they cant see that its an orange..their fault. Some people looking at the price and then get to checkout and find grapes are a buck twenty eight a pound not ninety cents a pound.

Shopping Dillons for groceries compared to Wal-Mart is a hands down better experience and value to me. Short check out lines,a clean facility, and ability to earn fuel points makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Or at least to stop by even one time, to see what Im talking about. For me, its one of my favorite country markets of all time. The level of respect, services, and respond to customers needs is amazing. From the top boss which is the current store manager! Mr. Johnico Paul, passing to his assistant Mr. Ross Nick, the Customer aervice team, ending to the cart runner agents, and all employees in between, in all different departments, They all treat you as theyre all under your service, greeting you whenever you pass in front of them, respond to you quickly whenever you need help with something, anything, anywhere, and serve you in a friendly way that makes you feel right at home! Aisles are a bit small, but thats just Dillons in general. Otherwise I didnt really have issues other than not understanding the layout since I dont normally shop at Dillons.

Found what I was looking for, they did have several check stations open, BUT the sacks need to learn how to sack items....cold items together, etc!
