Everything about this store, has been positive. The products they sell, the show room, the location, their prices. Its sad how one employee can bring a whole business down. After visiting Texas Wood many times over the course of 5 months due to a remodel, I cant say how bad just about every experience was due to a female who works the front desk. This lady has a terrible attitude, making it obvious that she hates her job and doesnt want to be there. Quick and short in her responses, dry, going so far as to be borderline rude if you have further questions or seem to need some time while dealing with her. Tries to rush you, hurry you along. Doesnt like answering questions or inquires, at all. One of the other guys who works the front was pretty friendly, and eager to help the few times I was lucky to have his service. Havent seen him in a while though. Because of that lady though, Ill be going to the other big red & white business a little farther down the expressway. Simply not to have to deal with the rude female Ive entirely had enough of.

Went in very nice and great display area. Was there for 15 min got no help whatsoever. There were some employees working behind desk iam sure they saw us walking around. Great stuff to bad they dont care to sell.

The place charged me twice for a transaction. Said they would check on it and get back with me the same day. Still waiting. My checking account still shows a double charge.

To me an excellent deal in their backyard, Ill try be there as often as needed.

Great customer service and product variety.

We were not greeted but instead had to seek out help from behind a large counter in the back of the main building so not very welcoming. However, they have fair prices.

Take it from the pros, these are the go to guy for any and all wood products in the RGV. South Texas Moulding always delivers the goods and they never let you down. You need it, these guys have it. Or they will get it for you.

Outstanding Manager Daniel, explained doors where I could understand the quality and construction.

We paid for an exterior door ($400 plus) up front and finally received it a month later, after we called multiple times and got the run around as to why we had never received it. The holes for the knob were cut on the wrong side of the door as well, what a mess!

Lets put it this way, customer service is the farthest thing in their mind. It is more of a take it or leave it.
