Never answer the phone idk what type off people working in parts.I called couple days in row and no one answer also I called the manager he is same like others .

Long wait people just talking an not even walking or answering the phones. I stood in line for 30mins an seen with my own eyes but was already on hold during my 40min drive there thats an hour an 10mins an still on hold while in line 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

These guys always only have one or two ppl working the parts desk. Thats not even close enough . And definitely need a bilingual tech as well.

Waiting line was a bit long, however, they took care of my trucker in a timely, friendly and respectful manner.

I come here pretty often and i gotta say theyre always really nice and always tend to find what i need just as lomg as you have the VIN ready. The ladies in the office in particular are really nice and always talk with a positive tone :)

Fast reliable and accurate. Better service and parts than the fleet pride up north! Always have my parts in stock, hardly ever have to order... Head gaskets, head bolts, etc

Most of the people customers services representatives I dill with whenever i visit Peach state are grout. You are getting a 2 star because the markup on parts are ridiculous. I like to put genuine Detroit parts on my DD15, I normaly dont mind before but because of Corona Im watching that bottom line like a hork this days. I went to get 3 parts today, I gave the parts and they gave me a list of what I ordered. I tought the price was a bit high so I just did a quick Google search since I have the part numbers. Im seeing the same things for more than half the price in other stores. I just spent $307.45 on items that would have cost me $437.30 at Peach State.

The only real complaint I have about this place, is the way they do core returns. They have only one specific person that can do it, so no returns on his days off and only on his work hours. Im not sure how they handle it if the guy were to get sick or go on vacation. I am waiting now for him to arrive at work to return these cores.

Absolutely the most horrible and disorganized service Ive ever seen in 22 years of dealing with truck parts. We are there at least once a week and its a cluster that takes at least an hour every time. Im sitting in the parking lot right now after wasting an hour for them to fimd parts I put on will call, and were supposed to be sitting there waiting for me, to try and avoid the hour plus delay they cause our company every time we have the misfortune of dealing with them. This is enough to stop me from buying freightliners anymore, simply to avoid this place. Its that bad.

One of the worst dealers after service when you come back for the same issue they charge you twice I will not recommend any driver to this location especially owners operator

I called on Friday to make sure that my parts were there showed up Saturday at 9:00 a.m. took me over 2 hours to get to the will call desk just for them to tell me that they can find my parts so Ive come to the conclusion that Peach state freightliner in Atlanta Georgia sucks doesnt matter which one you go to if I could gave them a 0 ... Courier for different clients....Sometimes parts are left off order even tho it shows on invoice. Time & Money for client and Time & Money from your location.Ill be double & tripling my efforts to check each part to make sure I have everything before leaving.
