Lina and her staff provided me with excellent customer service. My vehicles battery was out of warranty and they helped me tremendously. I highly recommend this store if you need assistance with your vehicle.

Needed a battery test and replacement and Miguel was great. Managed customers during a pandemic and was very helpful in resolving my issues with my car battery problem. In less than 20-25 min I was on my way with a new battery for my Scion.

People are generally nice. Not enough staff. Waited 30mins @ the counter for an online order placed 3 hours before hand.
Dont bother calling them. Per the guy at the counter, theyre phone numbers are switched with another store so youll drive to this store for no help

I dont remember the persons name that worked with me but he was extremely helpful and was very patient with my youngest son asking him a lot of questions as he was installing the new battery.

Been having trouble with my battery holding a charge since having my alternator replaced. Service techs were friendly and very helpful. They recommended charging it once more and said if I had any more issues to come back and theyd replace it. After a snap of cold weather, icy roads, and not driving for two days, I had to get a jump from my Roadside Assistance. I drove straight to Advance Auto Parts, explained what had been going on, including my orbits visit for a battery charge, and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. Even if the issue ends up being not battery related, bit some crazy electrical drain happening... Im still impressed with the knowledgeable, competent, and friendly service technicians! Plus...#SpeedPerks...amirite?!?😆😍
Went to auto zone first and they said they install wiper blades but cant do it right now. No reason. Just lazy. Came to Advance Auto Parts and they were extremely helpful. Even pointed out wiper blades that were on sale. Great customer service!

Went there one night this week to get a tail light to install on my vehicle- I even had cash in hand. They watched me and another couple turn into the store parking lot 15 minutes before he said they supposedly closed. (7:45) The man at the counter literally RAN to the door to lock it. The hours on their website said they’d be open. When I asked why they were closing early they said it’s not their problem and sent me to a competitor up the street. Should have believed the reviews online- This store has terrible customer service I will not be returning. I will be contacting the store tomorrow and asking to speak to the manager about the employees behavior and rudeness.

Ms. Laura and Ms.Sarah are completely awesome terrific customer service and both strive for excellence it seems. However there is a employee named Adriana who is very rude. She wouldnt assist me in my part search. She actually sent me to another store toget my parts. when I arrived to the other store the store sent me back to Adrianna whom had a very unprofessional smile across her face. It was as if she was pleasured by making things harder on a paying and loyal customer. Terrible and pleasant experience at the same time. The managers Jr and Mr. Jermaine were also very professional.

Their sales people are a bit inexperienced. It took 2 different sales people to help us. Then we had to go hack and exchange the part. They also dont have everything in stock. They need better training.

Horrible! I tried calling this store and Laura was very unprofessional. You cannot neglect customers over the phone just because your busy in store. I asked her could she look up an item after she had me on hold for 15 minutes. She then took 5 minutes asking questions just to put me back on hold without looking up the item. I think I’ll just stick to auto zone from here on out.

Never coming here again. Drove 45 mins to pick up brakes. Their store hours are listed incorrectly on the Advance Auto website. while Ive been here a dozen different customers have driven in because of Advances disregard for updating their store information. Their associates are rude as well - guess Im headed back to Napa!

While it is the standard auto parts box store I always find these guys responsive and helpful. Lines never get long and their competence is apparent.
I used frequent this location only because it was on my way home but now its worth going to the Autozone thats a little out of my way because how poor the service is here. The last time I was here I had the employee there try to convince me it was my fault my car battery failed within the warranty because I wasnt charging it over night at least a few times a year. He tried to tell me all car batteries should be charged over night 2-3 times a year and because I hadnt he couldnt exchange my battery that wasnt even two years old when it had a 5 year warranty. This is a car I drive 2 hours a day, its not like it is sitting for long periods of time. After much back and forth he agreed to swap the battery out as a favor. Then the process was prolonged because I needed find out for him which Advance I had purchased the battery from to do the exchange because their systems cant communicate with other stores. I had to call three other local Advance Autos to see which system I was in. This was the point I realized I was shopping at the wrong auto parts company.
