They says open on google but it’s not please fix hours on google

My wife and I came to this store to see what they have to offer, the staff are mean / angry looking all the time, not to mention they have someone follow me where ever I go. Were looking to buy a massage chair but change our mind. These staff need to learn better customer service. This is a department store and clients are allow to check out the products before buying. They follow you like youre about to steal something!! sad to say, but they make other people think wrong of asian peoples. :(

DO NOT COME HERE . They have really bad customer service. I have been here so many times I have no issues. But I went here 2 weeks ago to purchase the 10 cups rice cooker, they said I can return in 14 days If it has problem .l lived in South Carolina ( 5 hours drive) . I used the rice cooker 1 time and the rice didnt turn out right because the same rice I used for another rice cooker its okay. My friend bring the rice cooker back after 14 days tell them the issue they said I can not return or exchange even though with a gift card because I already use it. That doesnt make any sense at all if I didnt use it how come I know what wrong with the it. I would NEVER ever come back here.Cảnh báo với những người Việt chúng ta đừng nào giờ tới chỗ nào mua đồ, mua đồ không bao giờ trả lại được. Tôi mua một nồi cơm điện về nhà dùng cơm không chín, vì cùng một loại gạo tôi nấu nồi cơm khác thì nó không sao hết. Sau khi mua 14 ngày tôi mang lên nó họ, họ nói tôi không được đổi, trả gì hết vì cái nồi đã dùng rồi. Nếu không dùng thì làm sao biết nồi bị hư. Tôi đã nói chuyện với quản lí nhưng họ vẫn một mực nói nồi nấu rồi không đổi được, người Việt chúng ta là thế đó mua ra khỏi cửa là miễn trả. Sống ở Mỹ rồi mà vẫn còn theo kiểu Việt Nam. Nên mong bà con đừng tới đây, tiền mất tật mang đó.

Will not last long in this area because of bad customer service. Asians are not the only people that live in this area. They never smile and always looking mean. People spend money when it feels welcoming. Wish I could give no stars for this store

I hope Teletron corrects.My family bought a Fujimedic Spa chair from Teletron, used for more than a year, about 3 months ago it broke down, I called Teletron Alanta to ask someone to fix it, about a month later they could come. 2 times already fixed, but it still cant work, the person who came to repair said it broke other parts, wait for them Oder partsent home, they will come to fix it, but it has been 2 weeks but nothing is seen, I give this article to you, Teletron has great advertising, but when they sell to you, they are very much responsibility . If we pay them a month late, will they leave them alone?
