The store looks very clean and well organized. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about different types of medicines and natural Chinese herbs. Very professional environment with a medical doctor on-site for medical consultation and acupuncture.The doctor sees you by appointment only as he has different work hours. The store owner, David, is always available, present at the store, and very helpful. Open every day of the week, even holidays! He also speaks English, Spanish and of course Chinese fluently. I m very satisfied with their natural and certified products and with their customer service. I was sad to hear that their gray cat who was always there, friendly, and greeting customers had passed away. He was so adorable and well behaved. I will be coming again soon!

Owner was not very helpful. Did not try to help or understand what I was asking for. Other reviews stated language was good, I felt just the opposite. I showed him a bottle of tea I was looking for in his language, still no help. I googled several Chinese Herbs stores and picked this one because of reviews. Wrong choice, travel to many miles to walk away empty.

I go for acupuncture on the regular and this is the only place I get exactly what I need (despite language barrier) and come out actually feeling better. Every other place only cares about aesthetic, Hung Ren cares about end result.
