Friendly staff, helpful, reasonably priced furniture

This is my first time doing business with Farmers. I met a sales associate named Clifton Owen last Saturday. I asked for him again bc he was so kind and listened to me about what I wanted. He didnt try to push me into buying something I that I didnt want!! I havent had any new furniture in 17 yrs. so I am super excited that I am getting a new living room set in a couple of weeks! Thank you so much for all your help Mr. Cliff!!! Also, I got a free TURKEY!!!

They have really pretty stuff at really good prices. We have bought so much furniture from here and have loved all of it.

Ive purchased items on financing 3 times from Farmers Furniture so my history with then should have been enough to work with me on a living room set that I needed since mine was ruined during Hurricane Michael. However the credit manager was very rude and judgmental and refused to work with me when I was rejected because I had fallen on hard times due to Covid-19 and being injured on my job and explained that I was working with a debt settlement company. And their no credit advertisement is false or they wouldnt have checked it. I had money but just couldnt afford the full price all at once because Farmers Furniture prices everything expensive especially after taxes, fees and interest. After searching elsewhere I came across the same living room set (Couch, sofa and recliner) that Farmers Furniture had brand new at The Slocomb Trading Post. I also found a new turkey fryer. I got it all for around $890 thats including taxes. Saved probably $1000 or more compared the price Farmers Furniture would have charged. Your loss Farmers Furniture. I guess you didnt want to sell anything

They had more of a variety of furniture than Badcock.I liked how everything was set up.sean was a very nice sales person he answered all our questions. He Gave us a great recommendation on a mattress for my mom

Id been a customer for 10 yrs, since my 1st apartment. Yrs ago I bought a LR set. After less than a yr and good care, the leather was coming off in spots. It looked awful.My husband and I called the store, the manager said this was happening a lot with that particular model and we could bring it in for an even trade. The new set he offered us was the same price but after a lot of slick talk and misc. charges, we somehiw ended up paying the full price as if wed traded nothing.I havent shopped there since and dont intend to ever again. Instead of negotiating a fair deal with loyal people who wouldve been lifelong customers, he chose to be shifty. How many thousands of dollars in future business did they lose? I hope it was worth it.

The credit manager have a very bad attitude and rude all of the sales people are very nice tho because of her i went to American Freight the furniture and prices are so much better and yhey offer financing too I paid cash and saved they needa new credit manager she run customers away but I thank her savec me moneu

Was told by the sales person (lady) that the item I want was inside the building but when I signed the paper work I was told they had to order it, please just tell the truth!! Everyone was friendly!!

The employees were really helpful when we were looking for a bed, even showed us our best and cheapest option. The manager was friendly, and we got our bed when they said we would.

I bought the bed and the recliner. Im having problems with both the bed sagging and the recliner messing up. They keep coming out to fix it but it Remains the Same. why do you need to finance a lamp or a fake tree
