To start off they seem like they care and want to help you. Then it come time for the repair and the headache! They sent an estimate to my insurance company but didnt put everything on there and claimed my insurance denied it but my insurance has no record of it ever being submitted! They sent documentation that they ordered new parts for my van BUT the parts are not on my vehicle!! I still have a cracked grill, and now a huge deep scratch on my passenger door that was NOT there when it was dropped off to them! When I asked about it, Phillip says he has no clue what Im talking about.....but he tells my moms friend the scratch isnt where the damage was from hitting the deer and it was on opposite side of my vehicle. They tell you one thing then someone else something different! Then they tell my moms friend I only paid $1300 which is false! I have receipts from giving Phillip $1680. He tried to get me to pay in cash but I know better! Now in order to fix their screw ups, they want me to pay even more out of pocket!!!! This place is a joke and a scam! And to top it off, when you confront them they tell you they will no longer speak to you.
