They were aggressively pressuring me from the start to buy as quick as possible, gave me no time to think my options. I asked a salesman for mileage on a specific vehicle I liked and he said “the mileage doesn’t matter, that doesn’t mean it runs better” and didn’t even tell me the mileage or price of the car. How are you expected to buy a car you have 0 information about. He kept telling me I could know everything once he saw my money, what kind of salesman says that? I decided not to come buy a vehicle because of the sleazy salesman. Terribly sad trying to take advantage of a younger buyer by making him feel pressured into a purchase.
I waited along time to post this so I could be nicer, customer service is a joke. The manager doesnt care about nobody, would not recommend to my worst enemy. From day one had issues with my truck and still having them,replaced 1/2 the upper engine so far. Good luck people and dont be rushed, take your car to a real mechanic to see how it is....
Im gonna start by saying I am a picky customer. If Im spending thousands of dollars, I have to like what I get. I walked in and was greeted by Jason (sales person). I told Jason what I was looking for and he went to work. We must have looked at 50 different vehicles before I found one I liked. I checked it out on carfax and Kelly blue book. Drove the Ford explorer and settled on it. I worked on deal with these guys for an hour before we had an agreement. They never quit or got aggressive or aggravated. They sat there patiently while I looked up specific info on the truck. In the end, all parties was happy. Truck sounds good and was sold as is. I pointed out a few small flaws with the truck and they set an apt. To fix it as part of the deal. All in all. I will be returning. These guys was awesome. Thanks again Jason!!!

Customer service is horrible! Manager Michael is very rude. Don’t have any understanding of amount money spend on a vehicle and inconsiderate of getting it fixed. Still have the same issue when vehicle purchased. Never even probably fixed it. Will NEVER go there again. Will continue to support black business instead!!

This place years later has not fallen short of their history. You pretty much bought a car and a mechanic bill. Some of these reviews I believe was when they first got their vehicle. They are not the worst in Dothan but if your not careful the will pretty much sell you a soda can on wheels. All these complaints are not about making payments but bad cst service and lemons. If you work there your review is not credible.
Sam was great! I was in a tough situation and they made sure I got a newer dependable car despite obstacles. If you think you can’t get a car, chances are Easy Finance can get it worked out for you!

They recently just got a down payment from my wife to put her in a lemon . The car has multiple problems and almost 200,000 miles they took advantage because my wife doesn’t know anything about cars then on top of that tried to bribe her by saying she would only get offered the deal on the car if she got it right then . They didn’t even give her anymore options on ANY cars . We will be taking it back for a refund for her down payment money backUPDATE. we haven’t been able to take the car back yet and we are still having problems with the car the passenger window fell yesterday and today the shifter went out in drive she put the car in park and IT KEPT ROLLING . STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

The staff were very very friendly and very helpful. However, they didnt have what we were looking for. The vehicles have a lot of cosmetic issues and bc of that, its hard not to believe that they dont have some mechanical issues too. We choose economy Auto sales and got a beautiful Chevy Tahoe with very low miles and very happy with our decision. Steve was very nice and super understanding so its not the salesman, its the vehicles.

My daughter put her own down payment on a car 02/20/20 that morning. By 10pm, it cuts off and a stranger helped her push it out the road. We are now waiting on geico to tow it to my house. The first person I called in the morning was Michael. His reaction to me being so fiercely irate was, Well I dont know whats under the hood of the car.... long story short, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN. The only professional player in that office is Tiffany and shes not even involved in the actual selling of the car(s). Shes behind the window. I trust people until they give me a reason not to. And if i could post ALL the pictures and vidoes I would to prove why no one should ever trust Easy Finance. Every single review here adds up and is the truth about how they deal, so please pay attention to them.

I just got a 2006 Ininity M35 from Dothan Easy !! I am extremely happy with my car! I want to thank the shop foreman Mike, technician Gage and also the service manager Jamie for all the help making sure my car was perfect for me and my 3 year old son. They have gone out of there way to make sure my car is safe and reliable. The salesmen there are also very nice people and will help you get into a car the best that they can !! I would recommend them to anyone ! Again if you need any work done on your car there ask for Mike or Gage !!
Was promised the sun, the moon and the stars and a used car to boot....thats when three weeks past when I had to chase down my sales lady who had been too busy to contact me but advised that getting a car from them just wasnt in the cards. When a little ways down the street & got a car the same day. Go figure.

They dont even deserve a star. They should not be allowed to finance such faulty cars. The tires need to be aligned, brakes are going out, this is the THIRD time I had to buy headlights because they keep going out, radio does not work, air does not work, doors do not lock. -5 out of 5 stars. I do not recommend this place. Ive only had this car for two weeks.

Easy finance is a scam, do not go here even if you cannot get approved elsewhere, mostly all the cars are lemons and they are not worried about fixing the problems with the vehicle they are only worried about getting their payment on time. My husband and myself had our car in the shop for 2 weeks (which they could not give us a loaner car) but when we got the car back nothing was fixed. I wish I would have read reviews before going through them for a vehicle. Horrible cars. Horrible customer service.
Do not go to this company they are horrible with customer service they lie their cars are overpriced wrecked cars and painted over the body wreckage. I asked them nicely the day after getting my car to fix a really small problem they said they would taped over it the tape came off 15 min within driving the car they do not CARE about what happens to the car or what goes on in your life to help you out in any way. Please do not go here I promise you will regret.
I see some bad reviews on here and Im not sure what to attribute them to other than customers generally being rude. I have recieved better customer service at this establishment than anywhere. The ladies in the money department are kind and understanding, the salesmen are polite and not pushy, and the manager like is amazing. My salesman, Dee, was very flexible with my schedule and appropriately matched my needs to a vehicle I love. Dee was never pushy and was very good at answering the 1,000 questions I asked him. Michael Spurlock the manager has gone above and beyond to help me be in a reliable vehicle. About a week after purchasing my used vehicle something needed repaired with it (to no fault of my own or the dealership) and even though I purchased the vehicle without warranty they fixed the issue free of charge. I would recommend this place to anybody, do not hesitate to give them a call and drop by... They are awesome.
Went looking for a truck and a truck I got with easy weekly payments and reasonable down payment especially with my credit and the staff was especially awesome towards me and my family I definitely recommend these folks to anyone and will get my next vehicle here as well thanks guys and keep up the awesome job

Wish there was an option to put no star. Went up there with my brother. First car we looked at was a Ford Edge. Car salesman starting trying to fast talk me, little did he know my brother is a mechanic. I decided to fill out an application an negotiate a price. Told them I would be willing to put down 2,000 that day. Sales manager said the Ford Edge would not be and option for 2,000 down since so much money had been put into it. Sales manager wrote down some other options on a piece of paper and gave it to the salesman( I dont remember his name). The first car that guy pulled around was a green Jeep Patriot. I took one look and it and said absolutely not. Paint was faded, scrapes and dings and the interior was ripped up with holes and cigarette burns. I once again said no to the sales guy who, continued trying to push. My brother intervened and said she said no so, lets move on. I then asked him what other cars were they offering he started naming the make and model of a few cars and then asked me if I was interested in either of them. I explained that I did not know a lot about cars and would have to see it first. So, He walked us all the way across the lot to show us a white Ford Focus. The front of the car was scraped up badly, windshield was crack and brother looked under it to find that it appeared to have a leak. I again told the salesman no. Next car we went to was a Nissan Altima and it was an absolute nightmare. At this point my brother was getting visibly annoyed and asked the salesman. Shes putting 2,000, you can see by here check stubs that she makes good money, what will she have to put down for you to offer her a decent vehicle the salesman then told us that we could go back in and talk to the sales manager. We went back in and waited to talk to the sales manager who was busy with another customer. While talking amongst ourselves my brother and I decided to go look somewhere else. We stood up to leave and the salesman came over. My brother and I thanked him for his time and informed him that we would go check the selection at a few other places. The salesman tried to convince us to stay but we declined. The look on his face said it all. He knew he missed a good sale. On a positive note my brother and I when straight to Bondys and it turns out my credit was better that I thought. I was able to get financed for..... You guessed it....... a Ford Edge.
DONT buy anything from here. My car broke down the very first week. They will not return phone calls to you but when money was due quick to call you but ask for someone to call you back cause car wont run THEY WILL NOT. The manager Mike is the worst would NOT call back but when I was in making payments he would call friends and be loud so everyone could hear him, but didnt care about customer service at all, same for owner Lavonne. This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with.
They sell you a car that they say has no problems but turns out to have some busted parts a week later so the fix it and make you pay for it and then take it when you dont pay for the parts when the said it had no problems so dont get a vehicle from there car lot or you will be screwed in the process

Dothan easy finance is a joke. You know, i tried to keep what i really wanted to say about this place to myself but today really put the icing on the cake for how crappy they truly are. For starters, we went here to get outself a vehicle about a month ago now. Went through one car and was set on it. Took it for a test drive and it was a little wobbly and running funny so we had them take a look at it. Literally the second it got in the shop the engine went out. Ok, no problem well look for something else. Test drove a nissan rogue and was set. Ran great (or so we thought) put 2,000 down did paper work and took it home. The NEXT day the transmission started going out. So here we go returning our car in hopes to find a decent vehicle considering we just put 2,000 down on a vehicle. We went through 12 damn different vehicles in one day until we finally came across a decent vehicle. All though it was seriously just about the only decent running one it still had problems. A busted windshield and it needed a mass air flow system. Now, i can say they did fix the issues with no problem and we didnt have to pay. But the amount of cars on that lot that didnt run good was pure ridiculous. Fast forward to today, were one week late on a payment. We had some very important things come up with my fiances daughter, things that have DHR included, so excuse us for putting his child first. But, not only was the lady we spoke to extremly rude about us putting some money down today because of our small setback and paying the rest of this month next week, she was not understanding one single bit. To say the least, once this car is paid for we will not be back. You have officially lost two customers. So thanks!
