I just found this place by looking for nearby places for an oil change. Showed up, and they started right away, didn’t even have to get out of the car. Got a full synthetic oil change with filter, checked all other fluid levels and the air filter, and I was on my way in 15 minutes tops. Polite and professional staff. I’ll be coming back for my next oil change for sure!

Very slow! There were two cars in front of me and I waited over two hours. And then another hour just to get oil changed. They have also didn’t ask me if I wanted to wait for the correct filter, but just went with it.Never again!

So I usually change my own oil but in my wife’s car I just take it somewhere to get done. I noticed on the receipt I was charged for a full service oil change but they did nothing that is listed for the full service except change the oil. After leaving I still had no windshield washer fluid. Still had one tire at 28psi while the rest are 34. Didn’t check my cabin filter and lastly didn’t give me the option to decline the full service and just pay for the oil change like every other oil change facility. I’m simple to please but it’s also very easy to loose my business over things like this. Hit me with the upcharged service yet did not perform it. What happened to being a salesman and selling the importants of the full service vs just an oil change.

Yes Im a woman but I know more about service than what I was provided in comparison to what I paid. Also the young worked seemed to keep walking whispering. When asked why, he would giggle.

They changed my oil on my bmw and after they did it, my car started to leak oil, and it wasnt leaking before I came there, I wanted them to fix the leak they cause and they just washed the oil off and said it was fixed and it is still dripping oil.

Went there to get a oil change and now there is no oil in my truck at all...I really dont think that they changed my oil at all. This place has really went down and I will never return.

We were there for a hour waiting for the right oil filter twice. Over filled my coolant and my car over heated.

My last two visits were terrible. One of the times, after waiting in line, I couldnt get my transmission fluid changed because the machine was broken. My most recent visit Aug 13th, no manager was there to open the business at 8 a.m.Employees in the parking lot called someone from Mariana to open the business. Employees told me that this happens every Thursday.This place is not very serious about being in business...Finally had to leave. Call an Aaron Laswell. He had little to no concern. Will never be back.

Great service. Never been here before. Crew could have a better attitude but other than that I had a decent experience. They seem very strict and dont want to be there. But we all have our bad days. They used the oil I provided and checked my tires and filled up my windshield wiper fluid. I was very satisfied.

Slow and only 1 person was being perfesional

The manager that was working that day was an hour late and had an attitude when arrived. I sat there for an hour and was offered no compensation for it and was charged $10 dollars more than I am normally charged when the original store manager is there. I go there all the time religiously to get my service done. This was not a pleasant visit and if I must say the manager did not act or carry himself in any manner that I would want running a business of mine.

My friend recently took her truck to this branch for an oil change. Stated that when she finished they had all of the things detailed that was wrong with her car, & one of the things was that she had a really little oil leak.. Well 3 days later she went out to get in her car, when she went to crank her car, her car was POURING oil. She took it back up to them, remind you, when she went to get her oil change there was no sign of oil pouring, which you can notice from her drive way! Well when she took it back up there, the 4 qts of oil that she had in her car from her oil change, there was not one drop left .. Now they aren’t trying to fix her car. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FEMALE FAMILY MEMBERS TO GO TO THIS SHOP ALONE !!! They are the epitome of ripping woman off & creating problems that wasn’t there before.

Was a fast in and out oil change. Competitive prices with my brand of oil. ( Castrol GTX.) Staff was courteous and professional, moving my vehicle in and out of the boys, even parking it facing the exit.Enjoyed the air conditioning and they did all the work.

They didnt reattach all the fasteners that hold up the plastic engine splash shield and/or the fasteners for the front drivers side fender liner on my Honda civic, which was unnoticed until two days after they changed my oil and filter as well as my air filter. Two days later while driving down the highway at 65mph I suddenly heard this loud awful grinding noise and felt a slight vibration, alarmed I began to slow and prepared to pull off the road and thats when I heard this loud rip and bang and felt the tire go over something, like I hit a curb or and animal but clearly there was nothing in the road for me to hit and I look in my rear view mirror and seen my black skirting/splash shield flying down the highway causing havoc for fellow motorists whom were none to happy that I had parts falling from my vehicle. I had never tampered with anything under my car ever before and I hadnt hit anything or ran over any curbs or potholes to cause them damage much less fail in such a spectacular and catastrophic fashion. Im not usually one to jump to quick conclusions but it doesnt take sherlock Holmes to see what happened when they were the only mechanics to be under the car in the past 6 months and then not a full 48 hours passed before parts start falling off while driving my normal route to work. Ill never take anything to this place again. I would have been better off and probably received less damage if I would have went racing over speed bumps and humps. I had all sorts of plastic skirtings and shielding coming loose for the next couple of days before I could take it to a real mechanic and he told me it looked like I had driven my car down a undetermand stretch of railroad tracks at 50 mph or more trying to let the railroad ties remove my undercarriage for me.

I pulled in for a quote. While waiting on the manager another employee said my truck was in the way so I gave him the keys. They liffted my truck up (with no permission) and took the wheels off and fixed my brakes they charged me $30 and I drove off with useless brakes. Straight up lied about fixing the brake pressure . And the receipt says brake inspection. No work was done.
