I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota Truck that needed an Engine Computer. No other mechaniacs in Dothan wanted replace it. Proformance not only found a computer but also flashed the Vin Number onto it and it is now running great! I would recommend them for all engine electrical problems. Best services and I appreciate their honesty and general help on getting my car back driving. I had issues after they got it and they went back in and I was very pleased. Im having issues and Im going to have to use these people again. Im not sure if its the cheapest but they are like Car Gods. Fix d referred them and they are under Nappa which is a great company. I even left r and a towing information and I passed them one day dropping a car off.

These guys really are the real deal. Their services are decently priced and their staff was mostly helpful.The older guy there whos been doing auto services for a couple of decades and hes kind of the guru in the shop. If he cant find out whats wrong with your car then no one can.Very happy with my visit and Ill be returning next time I need a repair.

I had just replaced my knock sensors and in doing so had triggered a lot of computer errors. I thought I had really screwed up my truck and took it to ProFormance to have them take a look. They quickly realized I had triggered all of these errors by not disconnecting the battery when I worked on it. They also replaced my exhaust pipes while there and had me in and out all in one day. Great service and very professional workers.

When my Honda Pilot needed repair my son recommended I let the guys at ProFormance Car Car take a look at her. He had used them a few times for service to his Mustang & was happy with the results. My Pilot doesnt look like much at the moment (she needs a new paint job), but she has everything I need & more & Im very proud of her. Ive never been attached to a vehicle before, but I am very attached to this one & wouldnt let just anyone work on her. Her problem wasnt something that showed up on a diagnostic computer. They had to use their mechanical knowledge to take her apart & figure out the problem. The guys at ProFormance diagnosed her with a mechanical issue & fixed her very quickly. I didnt have to call them to check on their progress, because they kept me informed. They were also very understanding when I couldnt pick her up right away. They were always very nice & respectful, & they didnt talk down to me because Im a woman. They explained everything in detail & answered all of my questions. Its been a few days since Ive picked her up from Proformance Car Care, & she is still running better than she has in years. Very pleased with the overall experience; would recommend them to everyone.

I called for an appointment, and my car taken in reasonably close to the appointed time.The work applicable to the mileage was printed out and the Mechanic went over it with me, making recommendations. I was given the computerized list to keep.He then performed the work, came back and gave me a detailed document of all the work performed, presented the bill which was most reasonable, and when paid, gave me the paperwork in a folder to keep for warranty coverage proof.The atmosphere is pleasant, my Mechanic was thorough and cared about his work, and about me as a customer, and it showed. I appreciate this shop, its owners and employees.

My vehicle broke down just outside of Dothan, about an hour from where I live. The guys at ProFormance let me tow the car to them, and then let me leave it with them for four days while I hunted for someone to tow it back home. They did a preliminary diagnosis, created an estimate, and let me take up space without charging me a dime. Very kind and fair, highly recommend!

I love this place! I feel like they are trustworthy and have great integrity. They saved me $1200 once because the Honda dealer quoted me $1700 for a repair (where much of what they said needed to be fixed didnt), and Proformance fixed my car for $500. That repair is over a year old, and we have had no further problems with it. They only fix what needs to be fixed. They dont create issues to make money. They do good work. There have been a few occasions where they have fixed something small and not even charged us to do it. Aside from having outstanding work, they are extremely nice and go above and beyond for their customers. I wont go anywhere else!

Dothans worst workshop I do not recommend going there and had the worst experience with them, I took my car for something simple, a change of oil and wipers and my car left with the damaged electrical system, my car was in perfect condition when I left it with them and when I returned it, the car had a damaged electrical system and thats not all. Going to where they are not responsible for the damage just did not solve the damage that they did to my car. It is a workshop that takes your car well and it goes out of order.

Not my real name...Greg and Craig will know that Im the owner of an ancient white Chevy Astro van with over 270K miles. The van would hardly stay running upon startup. Over all the motor ran poorly. They found the problem components, called and let me know what the trouble was and after deciding on a plan of action...they did it! The van runs beautifully and I couldnt be happier. Good, honest work...this is a garage I will visit again and again. Thank you for your competent and professional work...I am very happy!

This is the only shop I trust with my older car. I get an honest estimate, alternatives if the cost is high for the vehicle I have, and work that is always stood behind.Sometimes things happen and a repair doesnt work out. Thats life. On the two occasions in the past years when a repair didnt go as well as expected, I NEVER had a problem. I just went back and they made it right.And to finish this, there have been several times where my son didnt know what was going on with the car and he just drove it to the shop. Often, they would reconnect a sensor, or a hose, completely at no charge and send him on his way.

ONE OF THE PARTS WAS NOT EVEN ON IT A WEEK YET AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BAD. WHEN CONFRONTED ON IT ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS DONT BRING YOUR CRAP HERE!
