Ordered a plaque a month before presentation to the honoree, prior to presentation I opened the bag to realize that it was completely wrong from the color of the plaque background, color of the font and the font itself was the wrong script. I called to let them know what changes need to be made to it and they placed a new background on top of the old one. WOW REALLY!
The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service was AMAZING!! Needed a last minute anniversary gift engraved and Jeremy provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the process and products. Will definitely recommend to others!
