I just went and Culligan for an interview. They have a beautiful system to filter the water. But thats besides the point, I just been doing some research in the last hour on the water we get from the city or even from the ground and I realize that I wasnt crazy, the water is filled with basically poison that makes people sick its incredibly harmful to our bodies. I almost felt like throwing up. Ive read some reviews on the company and Ive seen some service issues and thats what I hope to be a part of to make the service better for the people.

Called last week for someone to come out. Three days later on Friday someone came out while we were at work and during that time the power was off in the area so he left the valve open to our pump for starters and the front yard was flooded. Called back yesterday and my boyfriend spoke to the guy that came out. He actually told him to go and buy some salt to put in the tank and to regen it (we rent the equipment from them and have salt service). If we wanted to work n it ourselves we would have bought the equipment. Also nothing was left in our door saying he had been out there and he didnt have the curtesy to even call and let us know. WE NEED PETE BACK!! Our water stinks and has stopped the washing machine water line up and who knows what else. Service is horrible.

Culligan of Dothan ROCKS!!! Ive had a unit at our old house for many years and it still works perfectly. The best tasting water you can get. Their service is second to none!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

On Wednesday morning noticed my system was in constant regeneration. After checking it had been stuck for three days, which meant it was like a faucet that had been left on for three days. Called in service call and by 4pm when no one had called back I called in and was told they were short handed and maybe Friday or Saturday. Well, now it is Monday and still no contact from Culligan. So I call and of course no one in the office to help and no idea when or if my system will get serviced. So now after system being turned off and on bypass since Wednesday, Debris is in my water lines and kitchen faucet was clogged and had to be replaced and now master bathroom toilet is not getting any water.
