We had a great birthday party for a special needs child and we were all so happy and pleased with Gaylas staff and facility.

Signed up for the summer program for the kids. I think its really great! We can go any day of the week and just lay for shoes when you get there. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This is a fantastic place to go bowling with the kids and to have a wonderful time! The atmosphere is very nice and so is the staff! Ive been going here since i was a kid and i have always loved it.

Place needs some updating not too disappointed with there lanes, but they need to tend the areas near the lanes alittle more like mopping them so people with there own bowling shoes wont get stuck when bowlingfrom the beer and soda that has spilled. This alley just needs a face-lift. It has a good location and plenty of customers.

The doors were opened to our family in celebration of my birthday weekend! The service was great as the team at Patricia Lanes helped to keep our area cleans and operable!!A few issues with the lanes from time-to-time but every issue was handled promptly & swiftly. Good place to take kids bowling to have some fun....

I like to bowl. It looks nice and fun inside. Ive been many times and didnt usually have a bad experience. However the owner was there on my most recent trip and is very rude and arrogant. He was extremely disrespectful to the employees there and even the customers! Will not be returning. Dothan Lanes is definitely the way to go.

Great place for league or open bowling

Loved going to this place. There was an arcade machine there that was a driving game, not sure if it was a Daytona system or not. I wish I could remember what game it was! The staff was super friendly and the place had such a cozy, classic 90s atmosphere. I want to return so much and I expect at some point soon Ill be able to revisit this place with my niece; hopefully that racing arcade unit is still there.

The employees are friendly and very helpful. The man who works the pro shop is top notch.

Absolutely wonderful! We had to get 2 new balls drilled and then 4 fixed and they are all now done and rolling beautifully. Great customer service and fantastic atmosphere!

It was absolutely amazing. I took my 2 kids there and they were so nice to us all and answered all of our questions and helped us with everything we needed. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

They are very rude . They wouldn’t let us play another game with 40 mins left . We finished one game with 30 mins . This the second & last time they have treated us like this . Dothan lanes here we come .

There were no 15 or 16 lb balls for general use and most of the balls were heavily dented. Also asked to switch lanes in the middle of a game and was offered nothing in return. We were given a free game upon request but not without protest.Food service counter was friendly and quick. Overall atmosphere was enjoyable and family friendly.

This is all around fun place took my wife here for her birthday he had a great time everybody was very nice and helped us with everything we needed we had a great time bowling and playing video games we are sure to come back cant wait highly recommend Patricia lanes for a great night of bowling

Friendly, helpful personnel. This 24 lane Bowling Center is family owned and operated since 1990. There are some really great leagues here & a reasonably priced Pro Shop as well.On Wednesdays, Seniors 55+ may bowl from 11:30 - 3:30 for just $1.65 per game, shoe rental is free.

We always enjoy ourselves here. The staff are friendly. My fiance and I come almost every weekend he comes in from Atlanta. Right now if you sign your kids up they get 2 free games every day for the summer.

As soon as my family arrived the Deli closed. The only thing available for drinks was the vending machine. This was on a Saturday afternoon to top it off. The bowling was fine, but no where to get snacks or drinks was a big negative.

Small place, seats are too close together. Could use some extra space. Otherwise great place for bowling.

For this to be in Dothan and be such a good bowling alley it deserves 5 stars. It is way better than Dothan Lanes. The staff here are nicer and way more helpful. I came here for my birthday and I had a blast. It’s also a bit dirty but i could care less. My lane froze once but the staff fixed it in a couple of seconds. I would recommend going here and not Dothan Lanes. I love this place.

Great place. Nice lanes, great equipment, everything seems to work well. Tim is a former pro-bowler and has tons of knowledge of the game and is helpful.

Great place and great staff! Also, Tim is the best bowling ball driller around! Very experienced and balls are drilled perfectly at extremely low prices.

They even have socks if you dont plan accordingly. Extra of course.Last minute idea to go bowling. Didnt want to go home to get socks.

We had lots of fun with the first graders of Heard Magnet school. The kids really enjoyed themselves. Great place for family fun.

I have always loved Patricia Lanes and their staff but today was horrible!! Took 2 hours to bowl one game..we were told that our personal ball was probably causing the ball not to return so we moved to the next lane...that lane wouldnt set up pins...after 15/20 minutes of it not getting fixed I told them we would move back to the original lane and not use our ball...well it wasnt our ball, the others kept getting stuck- we were all frustrated & decided not to play the 2nd game- no apologies, no lets see if we can find a lane that works, no offer of a refund from them!!

It was very nice but our lane kept freezing and wouldnt move. However the employees did fix it whenever we asked them to.

We started off fine, but then it started messing up. Bad. We asked for help, so they moved us. You’ll never guess what happened. This lanes glitched. Bad. No help, waste of money.

We went for a birthday party it was a nice affair I hung out and talk to parents my son seem to enjoy bowling for a bit..for a 2 he party it was great in and out experience which I can appreciate and learn from since our parties are 4-6 hrs long lol

Just like any other bowling alley. Small, dark bar with one pool table. Small snack bar. There are a few old arcade & claw games, however I would not call it an Arcade. Numerous lanes with automatic bumpers available. Plenty of bowling alls to choose from.

Enjoyed this for my sons bday. Not too crowded.

Worst bowling experience ever. He charged us $42 for 2 adults and a 3 and 4 yr old and huffed when I told him their ages so I guess that brought the adult prices?..Paid for 2 games and we didnt play our 2nd game as we didnt enjoy this experience so we asked for a refund and they tried to give us gift cards. When I refused that he gave us $14 back..?? I told him the kids needed a 6 and 8 toddler shoe, he huffed and said they only had 8 and up, to just let my little guy go barefoot. Do what?! We got 2 pairs size 8s and made it work and tried to ignore his bad attitude. Sign on the door says no food or drinks from outside, no exception and the snack bar was closed but there was a lady that was playing next to us that kept getting her own drinks, guess she was a regular and thats not very business like. They never cleaned the balls or sprayed the shoes the whole hour and a half we were there. Very dissatisfied and will NOT be back.

Half the time I try and go bowl here they act like they dont want your business. Tried to take my kids bowling just now and said only half the lanes were open and they had a big party coming in later. So I guess that meant they did not want our business. There were maybe 5 lanes being used as we were in there. I dont really understand why they cant open more lanes but good luck to them with that business practice.
